I simply cut broccoli and cauliflower finely across the florets with a chef's knife. Then put some butter to melt in a pan, add garlic until it's fragrant, and then add the first two ingredients. After a few minutes, I add a table spoon of water, cover it with a lid and let it steam. This goes great with shrimp.
If it's going into a stir fry add it at the end as it takes very little time to cook. If you're using as a substitute to rice, you can warm it in a dry frying pan.
How do you make it by hand ? I don’t have a blender and then how would I cook it ? Sorry if that’s a stupid question I’ve only ever bought it ready made but it isn’t available currently
If I understood this question correctly, here is the answer I saw a video about cauliflower rice and she were using a cheese greater. But I am not sure.
This is a great alternative to rice when cutting carbs. Thank you
Short, and to the point! Thank you!
