Hi , this is a good video but i have some question. I saw the wire connected to behind the speaker that i think with usb-A ended. Can take it off from the speaker for use in wireless? Or there is no battery inside just use in wired?
Hey Mon Mon, the wire isn't removable unfortunately, so it's powered by USB. There is no built-in battery on this one. This version is wireless and with a built-in rechargeable battery, but I only see it for purchase on Edifier's site, not on Amazon. www.edifier.com/int/product-mf200.html
Hey Jero, when I turn off my PC, the speaker also turns off since it's powered by the PC's USB port. Is that what you mean, or did you mean something else?
@@DemCrumblies ah yes thats one question. I have two more questions When I turn on the PC does the speaker turn on automatically too? And if no music is playing for about 10mins does it automatically turn off? Thank you!
@@jeromalan7251 Yep it turns on and makes a small startup and shutdown noise anytime the bluetooth connects and disconnects. I don't think it shuts off automatically if you don't play music, since it's always powered on by USB cable. It doesn't have a built-in battery.
Hey ValhallaOutcast, let me test that out and get back to you. It should still stay powered while the PS5 is in rest mode, but I'll test it by connecting it to my phone's BT to see if it still works that way.
@@valhallaoutcast Hey ValhallaOutcast, so even with the power supply feature on the PS5, I guess it doesn't supply enough power to power this speaker. I can only plug it into the wall and connect it to my phone as a sound bar that way. So you can't use it on the PS5 for sound, then turn off your PS5 after, and use it as a sound bar for your phone after. I also couldn't add the speakers at BT speakers on the PS5.
Better explained than other reviewers! Thank you!
Glad the video was helpful, thanks for watching : )
Hello, thanks for this video! One doubt: is it possible to turn off the RGB lights, or they are always on?
Hey Lucas, yep, you can definitely turn it off by long pressing the RGB button. Takes 2 seconds: ruclips.net/video/VRe9A15h12o/видео.html
It is a good looking speaker. Like it!

@@MonMon-bw6ru You're welcome, good luck!
they release a new one G1500 soundbar
Hey @morphiskyo, thanks for the heads up! I will contact Edifier to see if they are willing to send me a sample for review.
@@DemCrumblies you are welcome ^^ , hope to see you review that new soundbar ♥️
did you connect the usb wired to monitor or pc ?
I had it connected to my monitor since it's Bluetooth, but it requires the cable for power.
Does the RGB light settings stays the same after you turn it on and off
Or
You have to manually change it again?
Hey Jave, it remembers the light settings you were on when turn it back on again, so you don't have to manually set it again. Thanks for watching 🙂
@@DemCrumblies Thank you for the reply.
@@jeveperez399 Sure, it's my pleasure. Have a great day.
Hello. I just got this and the color doesn't stay the same after I turn my pc on and off. I have to manually change it to a specific color again.
That's strange. It keeps the color for me, even if I unplug it and plug it back in again.

does it work with PS5? and will it stay powered if the PS5 is in rest mode? so you can still use it as a BT speaker

Does it have a Red Static light??
Hey Matt, there are some static colors, but the red color is more like an orange color instead of red.
Yeah I just got it ang unfortunately there are no red static color which is the main color of my set up
@@mattpascual5061 Yea really weird it isn't pure red.
