Interesting, I’ve always made the dough into a modak shape, then make the Alooo like a ball and then put it inside the dough. Time to try out making it into a square like you did and see how it comes out!

If you can find some AJWAIN seeds - add it to the dough. Additionally & optionally, sprinkle some paratha masala or chaat masala on top, as a _finishing_ touch. You can peel ginger with a small spoon, some find it easier. 🥄 🫚👌👍🙏❤️
