There's really no way to quantify what having the best player in the world on your side does for your team. Just standing in her shadow, knowing all she's accomplished, has to be empowering. It sets the bar high, but shows what is possible walking the same path as she did. Confidence is the most valuable intangible for success. The belief she can instill in those players will be the key ingredient to making these kids champions.
