My sleep schedule is messed up, but I decided to stay up and see if I could get into some raids remotely. An hour into the 'raid' event and none of the nine gyms I can reach remotely has a mega Raquaza raid, so I went to sleep.
@@Courraff I have 2 places for elite raids and most of my raider friends were at work so I only had one raid at 2 places and no more appeared after. I thought we were to have 4 if I am right? I don't know but I missed out on 2 meteorites. I am sad.
If you’re still missing shiny cake hat Pikachu by the end of this event and you ever end up near my area I have one I can trade you. It’s not a good one, but the CP will change in trade. I don’t need a shiny or anything in exchange, just something I don’t have for a dex entry which you should have plenty that I don’t since I can’t really travel far to play.
My mega raid day sucked. Sorry to ask but how were you able to defeat mega rayquaza so easily!? I did several of them with 4 other trainers with party play and i still could not defeat them (I sometimes cant get it to red health)! I think I used the recommended battle party (I was not sure what to use against it). 😿 I hope there are no more elite raid events.
Do not do recommend battles, they give you mons to high resist its attacks make a new team with ice types next time, Use mamoswines, Glacions and galarian Damanitans with ice moves Also Niantic tweeted out that they are eventually planning another Rayquaza Raid day soon bc some players in early timezones the raids immediately spawn for them
I'm sure there will be a Rayquaza Raid Day in the future where you can remote raid it. We all need to get more candies for the ones we caught here! It only makes sense they will bring it back to regular raids. These Elite Raids were just a hype train moment for the summer

I live in a small town and I only had one elite raid and I thought we would get more. Any advice for me?
Make more pokestops if you can, making at least 3 should make 1 Gym or 8-10 stops for 2 or 15-18 stops for 3 gyms per S2 cell

@@MrWatcher35 yeah pretty much make pokestops, also make sure to use campfire. It's very useful to communicate with other go players in your area
