When I got pregnant with my daughter I was not ready at all. I was in therapy before and after I found out, was diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression and I didn't believe I could do it. I contemplated an abortion but I knew I couldn't do that either. So I prayed and prayed and prayed. When I finally had her I realized she was what I was missing in my life. I know its COMPLETELY different from my first to your 5th, but maybe this child will be what makes your world complete. I pray the Lord gives you strength and calm during this pregnancy. You can do it 🙏
Yes I just had my 4th on Sunday, and after meeting her I felt the same! I was not ready at all and struggled the whole pregnancy from weakness from being pregnant with 3 kids back to back (my oldest is 7 and the other 2 are 3 and 2) but after meeting her I'm just so so grateful🙏 it made it all worth it 💕
I’m in the same boat, I’m 36 weeks pregnant with my #4 and feeling the same.. I have three teenage kids from my separated husband… now I’m pregnant with my new partner and had a surprise pregnancy, Ill be 40yrs when I give birth ands that frightens me that I’ll be 60 when he turns 18 😮 My teenagers are excited (for now lol) and one positive is that I have big helpers to help me Only thing I’m not doing and should be doing is therapy
This is exactly how I felt after getting pregnant 4 month after having my 2nd child. A 3rd baby! I was in disbelief! Because I was actually preventing another pregnancy and still got pregnant. I was in shock for days then I was approved for a home! We moved in reality set in and I went into deep depression within the matter of 2 weeks I had severe anxiety I went into a dark hole QUICK! my Dr gave me medicine he said baby was at risk and even though I wanted to have an abortion I hanged up quick and realized this baby was going to stay. I managed my depression. Having 2 babys was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. She’s now 10 months old and a 2 year old it’s getting better now. But definitely not how I planned my life to be.
I’m currently 6 weeks along with my first, a surprise at 30 years old! I feel like a teen mom, even though I’m 30! Thank you for showing this to the world. I feel so bad that I’m not over the moon happy. Thankful that I’m not alone in these emotions.
Just had this convo with my partner; I told him would you be disappointed if I told you I’m not happy? I’m not excited? He said that’s normal and he’ll be so excited for the two of us nobody will even bother me 😂 ugh! I feel guilty but I’m glad to hear this isn’t an abnormal experience.

My daughter wasn't planned for at the time I got pregnant. My friend's mom tried to convince me to abort her, but I didn't. She's 14 now and is the best thing that ever happened to me. She has an 11 year old brother and I thought I was done. Now found out last week that I'm pregnant with my third kiddo at 34 after finally being diagnosed (and starting to treat) with depression, anxiety and ADHD. I thought I'd be so angry about it because I was so adamant with my husband about no more kids and so much is hard to deal with right now. It wasn't my plan, but it was God's and He has blessed us with an immense amount of joy that I didn't think I'd ever feel again. He has a plan for every life and every child is a good and perfect gift from the Lord. God bless ❤️
When I first saw you crying, I was incensed; then I remembered after I had my first child via emergency c-section and I found out I was pregnant 3-months post-partum I bawled. I was still recovering from surgery and getting to know my baby. I do understand, and with God, you will get through this. Praying for you!

I also love how you are speaking of your emotions and thought process. Not everyone has happy crying exciting moment they find out. I swear I have pregnancy anxiety for the entire first trimester where I freak out rather it was planned or not.
This may sound odd, but it gives me comfort knowing that unplanned pregnancies can happen and be so scary to someone having their first (like what happened to me, I am currently 21w) or to someone who is having their 5th. I had all of these emotions, going back and forth about whether or not to have an abortion, and ultimately decided that God put this little peanut here for a reason. I can feel how much they want to be here! We are keeping the gender a mystery because everything else was a surprise anyways, so why not add more to the fun. 😉 it is definitely helping me look forward to meeting them! It is less devastating now, but it has been very stressful up to this point. Half way there, trusting God will take care of us along the journey. I see so many that are SOOO happy & excited and wanted to be pregnant and none that I can relate to. We were one and done, our son is 6 now and I am pregnant with baby #2 that was a complete shock to us and I have felt so many emotions, lots of sadness though but I know one day I’ll look back and be so thankful for this second little boy!

Thank you for your vulnerability and honesty in this video. I am pregnant with my first at 26 and was so scared because all I did was bar hop before baby and suffered from severe anxiety / depression. When I found out I was pregnant, I was terrified and had the same feelings you expressed at the beginning of your 8 week ultrasound- too scared to feel excited, knowing it was going to be HARD, but also knowing how much I loved the baby without even hearing his heartbeat yet. I am now eight months pregnant with him and I can say both me and my husband have changed into two completely different people- but in the best way possible, focusing on our home, and our future with our baby. I can say we are so much closer now and can only imagine that growing after baby boy is here. It is comforting to know I am not alone in those early thoughts and feelings- and seeing someone as strong as you, with 4 kids, still feeling this way- makes me know I can 100 percent do this, just like you can! Good luck with everything and please know you are helping so many moms out there with your honest and helpful content.

It makes me feel bad for saying this, but it's so comforting to see that other mamas struggle with the news of an unplanned pregnancy and all the thoughts that come with it. I'm 24 weeks pregnant with #2 and when I found out I was so scared. I still am. It was not the best time for a baby, things with my partner were all over the place, same with absolutely everything else. So I decided not to keep the pregnancy but once I said that outloud I couldn't go through with it because we did want another baby at some point. I had ppd with my first baby for a very long time, sometimes I'm not sure that I'm over it and I still haven't told my family out of fear of their reaction. I was sure no one would be happy for me (sometimes I'm not myself) but my friends (who pretty much figured out that I'm pregnant again) are really excited so that helped. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with all of your pregnancies and everything else! You help so many of us on the entire planet and that is so special! It was an unplanned pregnancy as well, I was on the depo for 2 1/2 months when I found out I was 6 weeks pregnant with her. I’m a stay at home mom and my life right now is way to overwhelming for me because our house burnt down in March and we’ve been staying with my parents.. Your channel has definitely been a go to for me through motherhood. I have a 15 year old, who was my only child until my daughter came along 10 months ago. She was completely unplanned, my fiancé actually told me he had a vasectomy when we began dating. I had just had my iud removed because it was causing my problems, and hormonal birth control was a no for me. I had tried several and had way to many issues with all of them so the copper iud was all I could use. When he told me he had a vasectomy, I was thrilled! About a year into our relationship, I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I was completely shocked. I had decided that my oldest was going to be my only child a few years prior to even meting my fiancé and I was at peace with that. My pregnancy was rough and so was delivery. But I am so thankful she is here. I couldn’t imagine my life without her. In July, I found out I was pregnant again. I was about 11w 5d when I found out. I had no symptoms through the first trimester. Unfortunately I got all the symptoms right into my second trimester and have been dealing with depression and anxiety on top of it. I’m terrified of having 2 babies. My daughter will be 15 months when this new baby arrives, and I’m a sahm with very little help. My fiancé works long hours and has no days off. I feel like a single parent most days and I just don’t know how I’m going to handle 2 babies by myself! I’m overwhelmed and definitely contemplated abortion, until I found out how far along I was. I now struggle with the decision of adoption. I go back and forth literally daily. I don’t believe I could ever do it. I know I couldn’t have gone there with the abortion either. I just know it would have sent me over the edge. And adoption seems like it could be a great thing, but I truly don’t want to. So I absolutely understand how you’re feeling and as bad as it sounds, im just happy to not feel so alone in this. I wish you and your family the best! We got this!! 💜

This is exactly how I felt with my 4th. We were so sure 3 was it. I still remember my stomach dropping in the ultrasound. You are happy but sad and excited but terrified.
God plans every child.. and this child tho unexpected will grow to do amazing things because the love you can give. I been dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety for four years now, since I lost my baby girl....there's time where things are great and months when the sadness becomes overwhelming...Pray alot God will give u strength and I hope your family continues giving u all the support you continue needing...We love you and will have u in our prayers.....I still need that baby I lost ...and I have two boys but she was my only girls and I never got to hold her nor see her grow and dye to an abusive ex husband now I can't have any more baby unless I pay for IVF ...sucks to go thru this moment but I thank you for been a example of bravery......we love u

I cried so hard because I never wanted anymore children and I already had my hands full and work full time, but I personally couldn’t live with myself if I had an abortion even though I didn’t want a baby! When I had my first baby, I definitely could have used this video to help me get through all the emotions that I was feeling (similar to how you have felt amd mentioned in this video). Most videos of women finding out that they are pregnant are ones filled with joy but there’s hardly any of those with those who are terrified and are confused of what they should do, so thank you again…!

I know every situation is different and I could never know exactly what you were going through, but I want you to know that it is completely normal to have all of these feelings. I found out that I was pregnant with my fourth four months after having my third. It took me about 3 months to come around to the idea that this is happening again! I had no idea how I would do it and how it would change my life. I went through all kinds of emotions that I never thought I would ever have towards a pregnancy or one of my children. It wasn't until I was holding that baby in my arms that I was completely convinced that it was actually happening and that I could do this. I send you all the prayers and all the strength. You are strong person and I know that you can do this!

Me too! My oldest was 18 and going to college, one was 15, and the youngest 12 when I found out I was pregnant with my fourth. I fell apart when I saw the results. Now my baby girl is 9 months old and I feel like she has completes us as a family. She has brought so much joy to us and I can’t imagine my life without her. Yeah, it’s tough starting all over, but I’m doing it. I even resigned my teaching position to be a stay at home mom this school year. I had a surprise pregnancy at 39 with a 15 year old and a 9 year old. I was broke and not in good health. But, God provided! In our senior years he still lives with us and is so helpful to us. He was the child that brought peace to our family. God he with you, you will get through it.

I identified so much with this video I’m currently 19 weeks with my 4th child and in NO way was I planning on having another kid so many mistakes made not being where I wanna be emotionally, financially but I couldn’t bring myself to making any life altering decisions. I just want you to know that I’m on my second pregnancy, third child in total (one stepchild) and these were my exact thoughts at the beginning. I still have lots of them, fear, anxiety, worry, about all the things. Labour, post partum, finances.. when I found out I was pregnant again it was at my daughters 18 month check up. We were (thinking) we were going to be homeless as our rental was being sold and I cried and cried. Since then we’ve found a new place, and are in a better place than when we found out but, it’s still bittersweet because we’re not where I wanted to be for me to be pregnant again. I’m here with you my friend, in solidarity. ❤
I know exactly how you feel when I went to the doctor because my blood pressure was high and I was fainting. The doctor came in and said I was pregnant. I instantly started crying. This is baby #4 for me and I’m due in December 2022. I’m excited now because it’s my first girl but this how truly been a journey for me.

I had my daughter 7 years ago and realised that I wasn't sure I wanted another one, she was my litle girl and everything I always wanted. Then just before the pandemic hit I became pregnant, complete shock. I was angry, sad, upset and I knew I was not ready for another child, I ended up trminating the pregnancy at 5 weeks and it was the right decision for me. I became pregnant again in the September and now have a incredibly happy and healthy son. I made the right decision for me and my family as I wouldn't have coped mentally at the time. When I got pregnant with my daughter I was not ready at all. I was in therapy before and after I found out, was diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression and I didn't believe I could do it. I contemplated an abortion but I knew I couldn't do that either. So I prayed and prayed and prayed. When I finally had her I realized she was what I was missing in my life. I know its COMPLETELY different from my first to your 5th, but maybe this child will be what makes your world complete. I pray the Lord gives you strength and calm during this pregnancy. Yes I just had my 4th on Sunday, and after meeting her I felt the same! I was not ready at all and struggled the whole pregnancy from weakness from being pregnant with 3 kids back to back (my oldest is 7 and the other 2 are 3 and 2) but after meeting her I'm just so so grateful🙏 it made it all worth it 💕
I’m in the same boat, I’m 36 weeks pregnant with my #4 and feeling the same.. I have three teenage kids from my separated husband… now I’m pregnant with my new partner and had a surprise pregnancy, Ill be 40yrs when I give birth ands that frightens me that I’ll be 60 when he turns 18 😮 My teenagers are excited (for now lol) and one positive is that I have big helpers to help me

This is exactly how I felt after getting pregnant 4 month after having my 2nd child. A 3rd baby! I was in disbelief! Because I was actually preventing another pregnancy and still got pregnant. I was in shock for days then I was approved for a home! We moved in reality set in and I went into deep depression within the matter of 2 weeks I had severe anxiety I went into a dark hole QUICK! my Dr gave me medicine he said baby was at risk and even though I wanted to have an abortion I hanged up quick and realized this baby was going to stay. I managed my depression. Having 2 babys was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. She’s now 10 months old and a 2 year old it’s getting better now. But definitely not how I planned my life to be.

My daughter wasn't planned for at the time I got pregnant. My friend's mom tried to convince me to abort her, but I didn't. She's 14 now and is the best thing that ever happened to me. She has an 11 year old brother and I thought I was done. Now found out last week that I'm pregnant with my third kiddo at 34 after finally being diagnosed (and starting to treat) with depression, anxiety and ADHD. I thought I'd be so angry about it because I was so adamant with my husband about no more kids and so much is hard to deal with right now. It wasn't my plan, but it was God's and He has blessed us with an immense amount of joy that I didn't think I'd ever feel again. He has a plan for every life and every child is a good and perfect gift from the Lord. God bless ❤️
When I first saw you crying, I was incensed; then I remembered after I had my first child via emergency c-section and I found out I was pregnant 3-months post-partum I bawled. I was still recovering from surgery and getting to know my baby. I do understand, and with God, you will get through this. Praying for you!

I also love how you are speaking of your emotions and thought process. Not everyone has happy crying exciting moment they find out. I swear I have pregnancy anxiety for the entire first trimester where I freak out rather it was planned or not.
This may sound odd, but it gives me comfort knowing that unplanned pregnancies can happen and be so scary to someone having their first (like what happened to me, I am currently 21w) or to someone who is having their 5th. I had all of these emotions, going back and forth about whether or not to have an abortion, and ultimately decided that God put this little peanut here for a reason. I can feel how much they want to be here! We are keeping the gender a mystery because everything else was a surprise anyways, so why not add more to the fun. 😉 it is definitely helping me look forward to meeting them! It is less devastating now, but it has been very stressful up to this point. Half way there, trusting God will take care of us along the journey. I am hoping all the best for you and your beautiful family!! You were one of the first channels I started watching when I found out I was pregnant! 🥰

I see so many that are SOOO happy & excited and wanted to be pregnant and none that I can relate to. We were one and done, our son is 6 now and I am pregnant with baby #2 that was a complete shock to us and I have felt so many emotions, lots of sadness though but I know one day I’ll look back and be so thankful for this second little boy!

Thank you for your vulnerability and honesty in this video. I am pregnant with my first at 26 and was so scared because all I did was bar hop before baby and suffered from severe anxiety / depression. When I found out I was pregnant, I was terrified and had the same feelings you expressed at the beginning of your 8 week ultrasound- too scared to feel excited, knowing it was going to be HARD, but also knowing how much I loved the baby without even hearing his heartbeat yet. I am now eight months pregnant with him and I can say both me and my husband have changed into two completely different people- but in the best way possible, focusing on our home, and our future with our baby. I can say we are so much closer now and can only imagine that growing after baby boy is here.
It is comforting to know I am not alone in those early thoughts and feelings- and seeing someone as strong as you, with 4 kids, still feeling this way- makes me know I can 100 percent do this, just like you can! Good luck with everything and please know you are helping so many moms out there with your honest and helpful content.

It makes me feel bad for saying this, but it's so comforting to see that other mamas struggle with the news of an unplanned pregnancy and all the thoughts that come with it. I'm 24 weeks pregnant with #2 and when I found out I was so scared. I still am. It was not the best time for a baby, things with my partner were all over the place, same with absolutely everything else. So I decided not to keep the pregnancy but once I said that outloud I couldn't go through with it because we did want another baby at some point. I had ppd with my first baby for a very long time, sometimes I'm not sure that I'm over it and I still haven't told my family out of fear of their reaction. I was sure no one would be happy for me (sometimes I'm not myself) but my friends (who pretty much figured out that I'm pregnant again) are really excited so that helped. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with all of your pregnancies and everything else! You help so many of us on the entire planet and that is so special! I'll pray for you, your baby and your family to figure things out! 🤗
Love, I know exactly how you’re feeling. I’m 23 and baby number 5 will be here in possibly a week or two and I’m completely stressed. It was an unplanned pregnancy as well, I was on the depo for 2 1/2 months when I found out I was 6 weeks pregnant with her. I’m a stay at home mom and my life right now is way to overwhelming for me because our house burnt down in March and we’ve been staying with my parents.. I don’t want this to seem like I’m making it out to be about myself but I really do want you to know I’m right there with you and it’s okay to cry. Your channel has definitely been a go to for me through motherhood. I have a 15 year old, who was my only child until my daughter came along 10 months ago. She was completely unplanned, my fiancé actually told me he had a vasectomy when we began dating. I had just had my iud removed because it was causing my problems, and hormonal birth control was a no for me. I had tried several and had way to many issues with all of them so the copper iud was all I could use. When he told me he had a vasectomy, I was thrilled! About a year into our relationship, I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I was completely shocked. I had decided that my oldest was going to be my only child a few years prior to even meting my fiancé and I was at peace with that. My pregnancy was rough and so was delivery. But I am so thankful she is here. I couldn’t imagine my life without her.
In July, I found out I was pregnant again. I was about 11w 5d when I found out. I had no symptoms through the first trimester. Unfortunately I got all the symptoms right into my second trimester and have been dealing with depression and anxiety on top of it. I’m terrified of having 2 babies. My daughter will be 15 months when this new baby arrives, and I’m a sahm with very little help. My fiancé works long hours and has no days off. I feel like a single parent most days and I just don’t know how I’m going to handle 2 babies by myself! I’m overwhelmed and definitely contemplated abortion, until I found out how far along I was. I now struggle with the decision of adoption. I go back and forth literally daily. I don’t believe I could ever do it. I know I couldn’t have gone there with the abortion either. I just know it would have sent me over the edge. And adoption seems like it could be a great thing, but I truly don’t want to. So I absolutely understand how you’re feeling and as bad as it sounds, im just happy to not feel so alone in this. I wish you and your family the best! We got this!! 💜

This is exactly how I felt with my 4th. We were so sure 3 was it. I still remember my stomach dropping in the ultrasound. You are happy but sad and excited but terrified.
God plans every child.. and this child tho unexpected will grow to do amazing things because the love you can give. I cried so hard because I never wanted anymore children and I already had my hands full and work full time, but I personally couldn’t live with myself if I had an abortion even though I didn’t want a baby! My second child was 14 mo apart from my first and it was a huge surprise and totally unplanned. I was scared and I knew I couldn’t go through abortion. When I had my first baby, I definitely could have used this video to help me get through all the emotions that I was feeling (similar to how you have felt amd mentioned in this video). Most videos of women finding out that they are pregnant are ones filled with joy but there’s hardly any of those with those who are terrified and are confused of what they should do, so thank you again…!

It hasn’t been easy and has come with a lot of anxiety’s… i also thought early on of termination and just felt the same, thought I personally couldn’t live with myself, also adoption has crossed my mind many times but just don’t know how I could let him go, although I know giving someone a blessing that they are not able to do themselves would be such a selfless act…. I know I already luv him and know once I see him all those worries will go away…
Just had my 4th baby and it was unplanned I felt the same way when I found out I was pregnant specially because we live in a two bedroom townhome less than 1000 sqft and have three kids in one bedroom felt soo stressed and not ready but now that we have him here our world feels complete 2 girls and 2 boys! I am right there with you on this journey, I found out a couple weeks ago that we are going to have baby #6 and we are so NOT ready, it was a complete shock and I I have cried every day since because it is just not the right time….but it is what it is! I’ll prepare the best I can and we’ll take it one day at a time. I’m SO glad I found this video, and that I’m not alone in these feelings!

I know every situation is different and I could never know exactly what you were going through, but I want you to know that it is completely normal to have all of these feelings. I found out that I was pregnant with my fourth four months after having my third. It took me about 3 months to come around to the idea that this is happening again! I had no idea how I would do it and how it would change my life. I went through all kinds of emotions that I never thought I would ever have towards a pregnancy or one of my children. It wasn't until I was holding that baby in my arms that I was completely convinced that it was actually happening and that I could do this. I send you all the prayers and all the strength. You are strong person and I know that you can do this!
When I got pregnant with my 4th(there's a 12 year age gap between 3 and 4) I couldn't understand what I was looking at on the test, I was in such shock. I never in a million years thought I'd be having another baby. Now I am expecting #5 💕💕

Me too! My oldest was 18 and going to college, one was 15, and the youngest 12 when I found out I was pregnant with my fourth. I fell apart when I saw the results. Now my baby girl is 9 months old and I feel like she has completes us as a family. She has brought so much joy to us and I can’t imagine my life without her. Yeah, it’s tough starting all over, but I’m doing it. I even resigned my teaching position to be a stay at home mom this school year. I’m so glad I did because I’m cherishing every second with my baby, something I took for granted with my other kids as I was in college and always on the go. ❤❤❤❤ Congrats on your pregnancy! 🎉

I had a surprise pregnancy at 39 with a 15 year old and a 9 year old. I was broke and not in good health. But, God provided! In our senior years he still lives with us and is so helpful to us. He was the child that brought peace to our family. God he with you, you will get through it.
I gave birth to a baby boy last month, it wasn't just an unplanned pregnancy, but I was scheduled to have a tubal done, bc my husband and I were done having kids. I’m adopted… and I’m super grateful that I had an opportunity for a better life… however there will always be a piece of me… that little child that cries out for their mother. That loss is so deep and will follow me until the end of my life.

I'm currently reading book of John and I suggest you read or reread it because God correlated that with my life during this hard time and I feel like that specific book will help you. I love you! My husband was angry and bitter- his reaction to her positive test was heartbreaking. The whole blessing made us stronger Tim the end but it was certainly a challenging time in our marriage. I just want you to know that I’m on my second pregnancy, third child in total (one stepchild) and these were my exact thoughts at the beginning. I still have lots of them, fear, anxiety, worry, about all the things. Labour, post partum, finances.. when I found out I was pregnant again it was at my daughters 18 month check up. We were (thinking) we were going to be homeless as our rental was being sold and I cried and cried. Since then we’ve found a new place, and are in a better place than when we found out but, it’s still bittersweet because we’re not where I wanted to be for me to be pregnant again. I’m here with you my friend, in solidarity. ❤
I know exactly how you feel when I went to the doctor because my blood pressure was high and I was fainting. The doctor came in and said I was pregnant. I instantly started crying. This is baby #4 for me and I’m due in December 2022. I’m excited now because it’s my first girl but this how truly been a journey for me.

I had my daughter 7 years ago and realised that I wasn't sure I wanted another one, she was my litle girl and everything I always wanted. Then just before the pandemic hit I became pregnant, complete shock. I was angry, sad, upset and I knew I was not ready for another child, I ended up trminating the pregnancy at 5 weeks and it was the right decision for me. I became pregnant again in the September and now have a incredibly happy and healthy son. I made the right decision for me and my family as I wouldn't have coped mentally at the time.
