The best way to level in all dragon quest games, including this game is defeating metal slimes. There are metal slimes and metal king slimes throught this game to be fought. If you beat them they give INSANE EXP. You can find a metal king slime in the hinterquarters all the way north on the right side of the tree. you can just keep resetting at a near by camp site to get one to spawn by changing from day to night. hope that helps some people!
Monsters that can flee (Metal Monsters and Bejewelled Monsters) will not flee during night time, in treasure map dungeons nor in the Snarl Monster that can flee are Metal Monsters: Metal Slime Hardy Hand Metal King Slime Bejewelled Monsters: Jade Slime Amber Dracky Tanzaknight Emerald King Slime Ruby Golem Onyx terminator Pearly Wight Ultra Marine
I learnt how to get loads of money from this Japanese video by burying treasure so digging up other people’s buried treasure is possible. I think you might be already at the rank to be able to do that. Sell all the replicas you dig up and you’ll be able to buy the treasure thing in no time. Unless you’re planning to do it some other way for the content, fair enough. Also, literally bury your treasure in front of the default island’s default station so people can find it and level up its value easily.
Are you sure about the save? Since I was under the assumption you can save mostly everywhere through the main menu as long as you're not in a portal

Dying and losing progress happened to me as well. Checking out that menu save.
Same. I forget to save tons then I die and find I lost all my progress. I’d scouted a king emerald slime too, sigh (I just got the game, lol)

I've been playing the crap out this game and I still can't find Springy Salad. Everwhere I check online says "It's in a shop" but it's no-where.
How do i equip my treasures so i can hide them online
