The entire game is incredibly well polished and it's clear how much heart the developers put into it. From the story, to the music, to the art, it's clear that they truly care about the experience they provide to players.
Path to Nowhere's OST is ridiculously good. I think it has genuinely become one of my favorite video game OST's of all time. (And that's a very high bar.) It attempts so many different genres and nails almost all of them. Some of their vocal songs from more recent events feel like they could top charts if they were released in a medium with more wide appeal. "King of the Party", "Undefined Red", "Loving La Vie En Rose", "Nocturne Hotline", "Burn Inside" are some more recent examples that I really like.
Really glad you enjoyed these! Path to Nowhere is definitely in the same vein of mobile game as Arknights, it's very heavy into the storytelling and the music is super prominent, heck, even the menu music is kickass lol The reasons for the varying titles is that Shadow of Minos is played in the main story line, quite literally Chapter 2. Where as End of Summer and Dance in the Moonlight are from different events that have played out over the past year, Dreamy Bubble and Raging Sands respectively. The team behind Path to Nowhere definitely show a level of love and passion that I've not seen in alot of mobile games and it's only been out since October 2022. They've uploaded every single bit of music released in the game to Spotify and RUclips Music, from the Prologue to Chapter 6 and about 13 events so far. The variety of music genres is wild, totally recommend checking it out!
Path to Nowhere is the greatest masterpiece most people will never know about. Peak story, writing, characters, art, character design, gameplay, and of course Godlike OST. I just finished Chapter 13, and I can say that it's at the same level as the greatest games ever made (top Final Fantasy games, Mass Effect, Nier, etc.)
oooh, End of Summer... so many memories, such a good event it played at the epilouge of event, you can see it on their official youtube channel - 'Path to Nowhere | Dreamy Bubble Rerun - Official Ending'
End of summer would be perfect to listen to in a bar during the night while having a drink. Btw, PTN has great music (+ story + design) in general and it always match the story and mood so well.
Vanadel has shown me Dance In The Moonlight before and I really liked that song because of it melancholic vibe but never got the chance to check out the rest of the soundtrack or even the game. But Shadow of Minos already has my heart, as well. I totally agree on it feeling like a soundtrack for the night! Oah, End of Summer is so wonderfully chill, that's some really good beat.
Path to Nowhere was a mobile game I decided to try on a lark. I've stuck with it since. It's surprisingly well done with excellent story and music and fair for a mobile game. Hope you check out Undefined Red and Living la vie en Rose.
This game is honestly amazing. I played daily for a full year and ended up spending a sizable chunk of money simply to support the devs. I stopped playing just recently when I felt I was too worried about playing consistently despite never trying to finish any of the extra story content 😅😅 I'd super recommend that people interested in gritty, realistic storytelling with a hint of Lovecraftian themes check it out. The extra events are also super fun and they rerun pretty consistently so you won't have to worry about missing too much content.
Found you through a random search of YT and love your vids of what I've seen, now as I can't afford Patreon or any other paid stuff, I still would like to see what you think of the song Wildfire from the game Honkai: Star Rail or Dragon's Dogma main theme which is B'z - Into Free. I know that those that pay gets the upper hand, but nevertheless I'm still curious what you think of these.
AISNO changing the gacha market and the expectation bar with Path to Nowhere, after starting playing in October 2022 I haven't seen better gacha than PTN

I love those ones too lol when I had made these requests the Dragon and Isle event was just launched and the songs added to spotify
Wasn't expecting to see some Path to Nowhere here! Thanks for what you do

You absolutely have to give "Rustfire" and "Lumine" a go. They're by far one of the best tracks from Path To Nowhere!
If you ever decide to make another Path to Nowhere song video, I suggest checking out Undefined Red, Nocturne Hotline, and Rustfire
music, story and design is awesome in this game, it deserves more attention

PTN music sounds like is too expensive for a gacha game.

Video suggestion: It would be cool seeing you reacting to Tekken 8 music since just came out and you're a big fan of the franchise! 😃
