That is the case for Orly Gilboa, the mother of Daniella Gilboa, an Israeli soldier taken hostage by Hamas the day of the massacre from the Nahal Oz military base near the border with Gaza.
Orly shares that praying to God and participating in ancient Jewish traditions has given her strength in a time of unknowns, and that she was not religious at all before Danielle was kidnapped. Wow, what an incredible testimony and display of a mother's strength. Living in New Zealand, I woke up in the night thinking about the hostages and praying for them. I feel so saddened and disappointed in the world. Thanks for reminding me to see the good in God. 🙏
