Say what you will about Superchargers as a game but they handled reposes the best by completely revamping old skylanders from the ground up rather than just adding one move
YES. Bone Bash Roller Brawl is probably the best by design. She looks more... Edgy, which I think fits her character. Also, I love her vehicle. The Tomb Buggy is easy for shooting enemies out of the sky, and the second attack helps clear enemies and obstacles in front and beside you. But wait until it is Supercharged. The Tomb Buggy turns black, referencing Rollar Brawl's older design from Swap Force.
Aquaman Gill Grunt and "We live in society" Terrafin are definitely my personally favorites out of the Supercharger "reposes". The others are fine, except I hate "Tuba" Pop Fizz. But I prefer Stormblade over any of them. Out of all of them, I only owned Supercharger Terrafin and the reason why I called him "We live in society" Terrafin because one of the Shark Tank mods gave me strong Joker vibes and made me realize how "We live in society".
When I got into the games I also noticed that the Swap Force reposes were more distinctly different from their originals. I think you made some great points, both the positive and negative things you said. Terrific video production as always!
To be honest, I don’t mind reposes. I started in giants and it gave me to oppertunity to play the ssa skylanders without having to search for them. And later, I just ignored the reposes. They only took roster spots that I didn’t have to buy, because I already had them. If I had SSA before giants, and bought all the ones that got reposes. I didn’t need to buy any reposes, and only had to buy 14 figures (because tree Rex and jet vac were in the starter kit)
I honestly hate reposes so much. because even though they add nothing new to the game, even though they are the exact same character twice, even though they don't even appear in the in-game collection menu. They still sit there on the posters, taunting me.
Yeah true but at least the other three games well except for she didn't get any gorilla driller not rubber rouser because for some reason he's very slow if you don't have a hat and into increases speed at least up to 20 or 15%, the truck 10 games are annoying and the rounds and imaginators let's not talk about that superchargers but it's nowhere horrible the imaginators trust me ask me to put a list why I hate it and what they really really did wrong but this game was a rush. 😠😡🔥.
The undead repose for Trap Team was going to be Cynder but she was scrapped late in production. There is an image of the prototype figurein Toys For Bob's offices online.
I was never and I'm still not a fan of reposed series skylanders. The only reposed series skylander I own is Volcanic Eruptor but that's because he is a special variant which makes him cooler and more unique than the other reposed series skylanders and he came with the 3DS version of Swap Force. But my brother loves the reposed series skylanders because he loves to pretend they're siblings of the series 1 skylanders. It's infinite times worse than him being a Sprocket fan.
I think that a good way for reposes to work would be if there was a poll online that anybody could respond to about what the best skylander from a certain game was. the most popular skylander gets a repose and a new paint job with a wow pow. then the next repose is done with a poll of the skylanders from the game the last repose was from. This way, we get more of the characters we love but they don't crowd the roster. Too bad we can't turn back time and tell activision that reposes were a mistake.
i bet if they made less reposes and gave reposes slightly altered movesets that you have access to straight away, they wouldnt have contributed to the downfall of the series as much
I really enjoy the resposes as they bring back most of the better skylanders from past games and most of the resposes having really unique wow pows make them really fun to use
The thing with having a series 1 and series 2 of the same Skylander is that you can choose different upgrade paths to try both of them out without resetting
Prism break's and chop chop's reposes actually looked really cool, and since I don't really play the game anymore, I'm left with amazing figures Although, I can't disagree that some of the reposes were quite useless

@@totalmoogaming2485 The only time Superchargers caught my attention was when they did a few characters and vehicles in blue for Autism awareness. Imaginators did seem intriguing for the chance to make your own Skylanders but I'm guessing the creation and the fighting styles weren't that great.
