Try vitamin C serums or moisturizers with Vitamin C. Wear sunscreen EVERYDAY even on cloudy days. Lastly get a facial cream with little scrubs and exfoliate no more than 2x a week. (MAKE sure the scrubs are not harsh or chunky!) These 3 things done wonders for my skin and gotten my hyper-pigmentation under control! Good luck 😉
