- there are people that take this mango craze to a entirely different level. instead of just purchasing trees. they have gone on a mission to develop new varieties that we can experience in this video. you'll meet my friend Rob who has been developing new varieties for many, many years and here we are today and they're now starting to fruit right here in Central Florida in Orlando. enjoy the video! #fruit #fruitfultrees #mangofarming #highdensity
These trees are inspiring to me in Ocala. Being of Jamaican heritage, I'm used to Julie, East Indian, Blackie, Number 11 and others that are popular on the island. Now my world is expanded with an unlimited list. Being in pots also motivates me into trying to make it happen just like Audrey has.
This is the best place . Rob good Man and good to the best mango. I purchased 10 mangos from Him❤
I really appreciate people like Rob and Zill who exert so much time, energy, and resources to plant and nurture seedlings, most of which don't even bear fruit even after 5 - 10 years of meticulous care. Their tireless efforts lead to the development of that one in a hundred (if not thousand) quality fruit that we can all enjoy. This video reinforces the overwhelming advantages of purchasing grafted mangoes of known varieties for homeowners. Thanks Kevin!
Wow I’ve never seen such big size Mango trees growing in Pots! Thanks for sharing, ❤️ it!
Wow, this is awesome. A lot of time and effort going into this project. He will definitely be rewarded with some really good new varieties.
Blessings and respect
I left Orlando in 1965 and headed south. Kevin makes me want to return home.
I’m a new gardener Holy Spirit led me here to learn ❤❤❤
wow , what a collection of seedlings. The trees are beautiful. This guy is cooking up something amazing for future generations.
Thanks for the seedling tour! I plant seeds just because and I’m looking forward to the adventure of eventually trying the fruit. Here’s hoping for something good!
I have been planting my store bought mango seeds!
Mostly as practice rootstocks for grafting! It's incredible how individuals differ slightly growth wise! The dedication involved in selecting what ones to grow out is incredible! Great work on Robs part!
Such a healthy happy selection of trees. Approximately how far apart are his potted mango trees positioned.
awesome video
I am from Egypt and I would like some of the wonderful Mango Glen seedlings
I would love to know the type of soil he is usung and the feeding regiment.
Me too
I lost some fruit from watering issues as well. The same thing with the battery!
It'd been nice if he'd share his fertilizing program for these lush trees
Nah they need to get sold and put in ground pronto!!😊
Thank you for this video! Would this work in a 15 or 20 gallon container?
Do you have any videos on how close you can plant mango varieties? I have a patch I'd like to plant a couple, it's about 20-25 feet long and 15 feet wide. I was going to put three in there, but if I can get more in there I will. I want to maximize the space with mango.
Kevin, how often do you water your mango trees that are in pots?
