This band as well as Wednesday are ahead of their time. One day, they'll get the recognition they deserve. Their latest records are the best of 2022 but only few people noticed it.
Agreed, very good stuff going on with this group. Whenever I bring them up, my friends are like who? Then after listening are always throwing it back on.
I like them a lot ,but I’m not sure about ahead of their time. They sound very similar to a lot of southern and lo-fi alt country from the 90’s and 2000’s although I do like them better. If you can find these 2 early elephant Micah albums called low energy dance music and your dreams are feeding back. You’ll see what I mean. I own the CD’s ,but I’m not sure if those albums are online or not.
