Hey Johno just want to say thanks for your advice re Isuzu nps , I picked it up today and can’t believe how comfortable it is. Your advice is very valuable. Keep the fantastic videos up. Thanks again.
Hey Mate our tray is as low as it can go. We can access most things quite easy as most things are in draws, however for the hard to reach things we have a small ladder.
How long is the back seat? Could you put bucket seats in there if you don’t care for the storage….. love the truck so much more practical than the over priced over weight jam packed 79 series getting love
Hi love the set up , I have just purchased a Isuzu nps and I’ve been getting a lot of ideas. I’ve purchased a Isuzu with the dynamic canopy, I had a iveco daily 4x4. Just wanted to know who did the snorkel for you ?? Was it atw?? Thanks
@@jnadownunder thanks your set up is well organised I’m chatting to Stuart from atw in regards to getting more work done on the truck. I’ll ask him. Yes can’t wait to pick my née Isuzu up from a chap in qld. I live in Melbourne, so who knows we can cross paths on the way up or driving back to Melbourne. Great videos keep the good work up.
Looking great you’ve put a lot of thought into it well done, my new Isuzu nps is at ATW atm getting some goodie’s put on it can’t wait to pick it up like to catch up with you guys one day and have a chat I live in Hervey Bay when I’m not out caretaking on large properties west of longreach which I’m here now cheers 👍🍻🇦🇺
Yeah always great to catch up with other truck owners. Being at the gate way to Frazer Island I'm sure our paths will cross. Are you on facebook or instergram ?
Hi again I was wandering if you can answer this , I’m in the process of picking up my nps , who are you insured with and approximately what would be the yearly premium. Sorry but I’m new to these trucks , don’t know who could insure it. Thanks
Hey Mate, If you want to insure it over 150k your only option is Zurich. if your under the 150k there are plenty of options like Club 4X4, NRMA etc. Our truck is fully insured anywhere in Australia, on road and off with any driver no restrictions through Zurich and we pay a premium of $4,500 with an insured value of 215k. hope this helps.
Thanks I finally got insurance through vero, can’t thank you enough for your advice and how quick you reply to messages. Thanks again I’ll be watching your videos religiously. I’m flying up to the Gold Coast to pick it up this weekend.
Mate looks sick , I was looking at the unimog but I reakon your path might be a better option , would like too the trucks off road capabilities pros and cons
Handles really well off road, will be doing a video to show it's capabilities on and off road. I would go as far as saying it would out perform our 70.
Nice and organised. 👍 I just came across your channel just now, so unsure about your background... are you a travelling mechanic or builder? Why the comprehensive mobile workshop? Looks fantastic BTW. 👌
Are you happy to give up the base cost of the canopies (totally empty) and the basic tray price. no one ever puts a price on canopies anywhere, like it’s a government secret🤷♂️😂

Johnno, Mate I love what you've done with your truck, it is so functional, exactly 💯% what I have in mind. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks mate, any questions just shout out 👍

Love your set up 👌🏻
This is amazing😍😍😍
Excellent walk through mate.
Very nice setup indeed.
Those canopies look hard to access for a little gnome.
Would you consider getting the truck lowered so you reach things?

Yeah mate you can fit 4 bucket seats across the back if required, ATW have done a few.
Awesome well done 👍
Cheers Colin
Brilliant video mate. Do other campers come and ask to borrow your tools? :)
Yeah mate all the time 👍

Curious where did you get the drawers that you have all your packout on?
I built them 👍
That’s what I figured 🤣 I can do it my self just can’t be bothered so was hoping you had some one build them for you
What is your opinion whether your truck rig could tackle old telegraph track Cape York ?
It would, plenty have taken trucks to the Cape along the the side tracks, I would be cautious as our truck will be our home.
Nice and organised. 👍 I just came across your channel just now, so unsure about your background... are you a travelling mechanic or builder? Why the comprehensive mobile workshop? Looks fantastic BTW. 👌
Builder and motor vehicle repairer, caravans and 12 volt. we aim to pick up work where we can 👍
Hey mate, what's the size of your canopy? And is the tray a 3.2mtr atw? Cheers
The front box is 1500mm the back box is 800mm both are 1200mm high and we have 900mm tray space
@@jnadownunder sorry, and how long is thr atw tray? I'm going to to buy one. Im sick of going over weight. Its time to go TRUCK
Yeah nice 👍, we are 3600 to the rear of the wheel carrier and the tray it self is 3200mm
All from ATW
Are you happy to give up the base cost of the canopies (totally empty) and the basic tray price. no one ever puts a price on canopies anywhere, like it’s a government secret🤷♂️😂
What brand are the drawers.?
Hi Cam, We built the draws our selves see link to video ruclips.net/video/70YC24uqVRU/видео.html
Finally !!!!
Under or over 200k?
160 k for the truck and ATW accessories and 30k on fit out
Seems taking a shower next to the vehicle and the ladder would make a nice mud puddle you can walk through for the rest of the day.
Our shower has a base attached, we attach a pipe where we can either reuse or drain the water to a desired location
