    1 Cup - Rice Flour
    1.3/4 Cup/450 Ml - Water
    Salt To Taste
    1 - Small Onion
    2 Tbsp - Carrot
    1/2 Tsp - Cumin/Jeera
    1/2 Tsp - Sesame Seeds
    1 - Green Chilli
    1 Tbsp - Lemon Juice
    6-7 Curry Leaves
    1 Tbsp - Coriander Leaves
    Oil
    ★ Chutney Ingredients :-
    2-3 Tbsp - Coriander Leaves
    1/4 Tbsp - Roasted Peanuts
    1/3 Cup - Coconut Powder/Fresh Coconut
    4-5 Garlic Cloves
    1-2 - Green Chilli
    3/4 Cup - Water
    Salt To Taste
    1 Tbsp - Lemon Juice
    1/2 Tsp - Cumin/Jeera
    For Chutney Tadka :-
    1 Tbsp - Oil
    1/2 Tsp - Urad Dal
    1/2 Tsp - Rai/Black Mustard Seed
    1 - Red Chilli
    7-8 Curry Leaves
    1/2 Tsp - Sesame Seeds
    1 Pinch - Hing
    2 Pinch - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
