Coincidentally, I'm knee deep in the middle of doing the EXACT same thing. If I could ask you some questions, I would be extremely grateful.
M54B30 Crankshaft and S52 cams are at the machine shop now. I haven't gotten to the pistons yet - just started taking the M52B25 apart.
The main question I have is how did you get the pistons to fit?
