    Good and bad news for me. The good news is that I’m signed up as an Apple dev and thats how I have iOS 17 on my phone rn, and I have access to all of these files. The bad news is that I don’t have a Mac. My mom has a Mac, but I highly doubt that she will let me install a 10 GB file onto her work computer. Any chance this will run on a Windows 10 PC or maybe a MacOS sim for Windows? Imagine running a simulator inside a simulator lol

    • @techyOS
      @techyOS  Год назад

      Since the simulator is contained in Apple's proprietary DMG format, this won't be accessible directly from Windows, and most likely, a macOS VM is pretty slow on a Windows machine.

    • @techyOS
      @techyOS  Год назад

      apple only makes their xcode application work on mac, and not windows. because the simulator requires xcode to be installed, and also comes in DMG format, which windows doesn’t support, the simulator cannot be installed on windows.
