  • From the Records of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Audiovisual Materials Series: The brief film, produced with the assistance of the Fund for the Republic, features a school bus driver who is fired by the School Board of his district after refusing to sign a loyalty oath. Viewers are presented with the arguments, and then challenged to decide how they would vote as members of the School Board. The film is directed by Sidney Lumet, written by Reginald Rose and Rod Serling.
