It truely is so impressive, I struggle with benzo addiction that I'm now just getting out of and you describe it perfectly, I lived in a fog for almost 3 years, I thought I was myself but I suppressed so many emotions and did so much dumb shit under the influence of it, just seeing things more clearly and from a new perspective, I now start to think about things like where do I want to be at in 5 years. I would never even have that thought when I was doing benzos every day, I was only busy with feeling good and the present and had no plans for the future, now my future is looking so bright it is unbelievable. I thought I wouldn't make it out of the withdrawals alive, the worst part is over now, I'm obviously gonna struggle with cravings and I might slip up every once in a while but that is just part of the recovery process from this horrific drug. I was lucky not to take an insane amount every day, the last year I was at 2 to 4 mg's of xanax a day (calculated to flubromazepam, a research chemical benzo which you can order online in the Netherlands very easily). I have done this before, I was 7 months sober 1,5 year ago and I will quit them for good now. Goodbye to the devil, hello to life.

This was a super nice interview. I don't want to call you Lil Xan anymore, you are yourself now man.
Let's show this man some respect. You did good Diego! coming from an addict you have my respect.
Remember, you may have stopped but stay strong. Addiction is forever bro. But you got this.
