Yes! I played on free weekend and when I joined a tank crew on FLL an experienced player helped me out a lot. Enjoyed it a lot so i bought it on sale. Good idea to look for servers in your own language

Once I tried to squad lead mute players as defense squad...at first it worked great as I said "use your ping for notify enemies", but sadly they couldn't stand the chance because we were railed hard, and I went silent due to seriously engaging enemy. But I hope it would give a positive experience and feedback for them, especially using mics for better tactics
Just started playing this game, only level 30 but holy guacamole is it an experience. By far the best WW2 fps out there at the moment. Its actually takes skill and teamwork to get a win. Love to see it getting the appreciation it deserves. See you on the battlefield soldier 🫡
The only problem in this game for me is the voip often disconnects and i have to verify the game and go back to have my voip back I've seen bunch of people complaining about this bug some say its a server thing and some people just reset your router i hope they fix this issue it's literally unplayable without a mic.

GPU is not all that important in large scale online FPS with lots of players. Make sure you have a great CPU with excellent single core performance and large cache!

I generally get 100fps on most maps on my 1060ti and 8700k but some are terrible. Like that one ruins city Russian map. My god rip my fps on those, drops like crazy.
You know why its not the best ww2 fps shooter? Because its optimazation is pretty bad. If this game could do 60Fps + on like 2000 nvidea series it would be great, but it simply isnt. which is sad cause i like the game but it just doesnt look good and doesnt run good on most setups.

World War 1 Series Verdun, Tannenberg and Isonzo are very good realistic World War 1 games. Give them a try keep in mind player base is low, but the AI enemies are very intelligent and will flank you, gas you, artillery you last known position, they are quite impressive.

I was so hyped, i am little bit of a gun geek, and ww2 history. Buyed, played, refunded in 1 hour. How is not having crossaim realistic and having whole screen of blue dots realistic. I dont get it. And in real life i am pretty sure you know where to go, where YOU are on the map, where to atack. This game needs some really deep tutorial to begin with. I was never turned off so quickly by ww2 game
What is crossaim? And the rest you mentioned - kind on your side of things, if you know how to read a map, you know exactly where everything is and where to go. But yes, in-game tutorial is not enough, though when you type HLL guide here you get hundreds of videos about literally every aspect of the game. Guess you've never played Red Orchestra/Rising Storm either.

i played two rounds, zero voip, zero teamwork, and even got spawn camped by an MG since the game does mass spawning so a guy killed about a dozen of us instantly. thats enough for me to see lol
on console it's unplayable, too many jumps, it goes from 20 fps to 40 fps. it needs a serious update, until then I'm sticking with it insurgency sandstorm.

Bring a buddy, some basic movement knowledge (like not running into an open field) and a strong spine. It gets pretty competitive and frustrating if you don’t learn the game and work with the team.

I've tried this game like 2-3 times already when it was free for a limited time. In my personal experience, the game itself mechanics/graphics wise is alright, nothing too new or fancy but it gets the job done, looks good. The main problem I had is that people don't really talk, they don't communicate like they do in SQUAD which I basically expected this game to be like, but in a WW2 scenario. On EU servers at least, it feels kinda empty and doesn't really motivate me to play it A LOT. I played like 8 hours total when it was that free weekend and I felt like I had enough, didn't feel the need to buy it. Everyone's experience with the game is gonna be different, of course. I am NOT saying that it's a bad game, if you're really into WW2 stuff, hell let loose is a must-have.

Just need to up your brightness settings and be more patient and you will spot enemies

i think you need to optimize your settings. just because you have a good computer doesnt mean things are meant to be run on extra high efficiently.

From my experience I have to create the experience. If I want a good, active communicating squad then I have to create & lead it myself.
