This is the reason I can NOT bring myself to do Pacifism. He'll be alone in the Underground with Tammy, justifying what happened to him as necessary evil.
There was nothing necessary about him not defending himself, or the amount of time they all spent trapped. The cost for peace was too high, and demands stagnation. It's not worth it.
