the coolest part is that somewhere in your body, the two original dna strands that made you are possibly still living and doing their thang 🤯🤯
Nah they're all dead
@@The_Horizon I’m tryna study for a test, why is a popular Minecraft player in the comment section? Unless you are also taking ap biology?
@@The_Horizon didn’t expect to see you here
@@The_Horizon my man is literally everywhere wtf
I always like picturing the things we learn in AP Bio happening in my body-- It makes it so much more interesting
Teacher completely failed at teaching this unit, thanks so much for the explanations!
My teacher's great, but with the way she teaches there's sooooo much information presented all at once that it's hard to put everything in perspective. This video was just the thing I needed.
Just wanted to say I am currently watching your unit reviews as refreshers for the AP bio exam this Wednesday and my dog is sitting by my side intently listening to every word you have to say. It’s very cute.
How did ur exam go? Do u recommend watching this guy?
bro you taught this better in 30 minutes than my teacher in 5 labs. thank you king
AP test is in 2 weeks and we still haven't covered this unit, you're a real one bro
lmao
your class is cooked 😭
why our teachers be makin it so complicated for no reason 🗿
I have to say, the way that you casually explain these topics makes it so much easier from my brain to understand than all of the super technical videos I've watched. Cramming for the AP bio exam .-.
same
same 😭
Coming here before a test on the unit, huge help thank you
You came in clutch for my test on Friday my teacher went way too fast talking about certain topics and your video helped me out so much! Thank you man you're doing gods work to help me and others pass! You made me actually understand most questions on the test hope you can do the same for my exam in may!
I love the way this man explains things, he actually allows you to grasp the information
I'm currently cramming for my AP test tomorrow. Two more units to go!!! Thank goodness it's an afternoon test.
Same lmao, cramming gang!
i know all these but ap college board questions are out of this world. why do they gotta be so complicated and introduce things that we never learned
thank you so much for this! i had trouble understanding regulation with histones and operon and my test is in like 15 minutes so it was a nice way to understand it!
legend, I have my ap bio exam tmr morning, you are literally a legend
ap bio gang! good luck tomorrow morning! let’s make hank green and cararra proud
Good Luck My friends, We got this
How did it go? We have the digital exam on the 27th
I’ve got a test in like half an hour and I’m 25 mins in, THANKS DUDE U LIFESAVER
SAME 🙏
didn't fully pay attention to this unit in class so this was super helpful!
Dude you are an absolute lifesaver my bio teacher doesn't teach us this correctly and this video was the only one that made sense to me bro ur goated
2 hours before AP Exam, time to figure this out
Have commented on every ap bio vid so far and have to say a huge thank you. Really helps review before tests. You teach much better than my ap bio teacher lol
Carrara you’re saving me rn bio is taking a lot out but you just make it easy and fairly understandable for a hard class
This goat is the only reason I’m not failing AP bio
So helpful! Thanks for putting in the work to make these, very appreciated :))
Why is this lowkey so helpful 😂 I have my ap bio exam time and need to cram these videos in rn
You've saved my grades with these videos, thanks for the carry
Thanks man I was panicking before the test but this explanation helped clear things
omg my final exam is in half an hour YOURE SAVING ME FRFR
OH MY GOSH YOU ARE MY GRADE SAVER!!! ToT
The casual way you explain the concepts as well makes it so much easier to understand, and it is a good way to refresh my knowledge before an exam! Thanks for the videos!! ^ー^
GOD TIER THANKS OMG IM GETTING CARRIED
These videos are sooo much better than the ones that college board puts on the website
All teachers should show your videos to their students before/after they go through the material to piece it together...
thank you for explaining this like a human, not a textbook.
Thank u for this video!!! I'm doing a last-minute unit 6 cram before admin 3 tomorrow. You're really good at explaining!
You are literally saving my grade. Thanks 🙏
THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Had a test tomorrow and this saved me. Loved the video but I feel like DNA Polymerase was missing for DNA replication.
These are awesome! Please make Unit 7 and 8!!!!
Great video, watching this before the Ch 6 test in a few days! This unit had a lot of stuff in it and this was a good refresher!
You ever just miss school after going to college and come back to watch these, man, it didnt seem like it back then but these were better times.

😭😭شرح المنهج كله في نص ساعة ، شكرااا🙏🏼
This video is amazing, I really gained brain cells during this video, however could I be so bold as to ask you try to improve your mic quality? Its just a little gripe I have, and again I loved this video but I think echoey mics have become slightly annoying for other people and me during this quarantine and online schooling lol.
To memorize the bases I use Apples (adenine) fall from Trees (thymine) and Cars (cytosine) goes into the Garage (guanine)
Awesome video, helped me out a TON!
Great Job

this just made me realize how bad my teacher is lmao i learned more from this than i have been learning the whole year :')
it's that time again. good luck everyone!!
doesn't methylation stop gene expression by stopping RNA polymerase and transcription factors from binding to the gene rather than making the gene more coiled?
The gene gets more coiled or tighter around the histone which prevents the gene from being read
My bio test over half of unit 6 is tomorrow (right after my birthday) :(

wait , but i thought when everything after one amino acid got deleted it was a nonsense mutation? can framshift mutations also cause nonsense mutations ?
nonsense mutations are a different categorization of mutation (nonsense means that a normal codon changed into a stop codon, meaning that the protein got cut short but the reading frame remained the same, frameshift means that the reading frame got shifted, so every amino acid basically gets CHANGED [not necessarily deleted] after the deletion or insertion [a stop codon isnt necessarily formed so the protein might still have same length or get even longer])
@@Cararra ah okay thank you so much !
