I had intended on bringing you a totally different topic tonight. But unforeseen events meant I changed course and brought you the very first Vlog on the WANAP channel.
Routine & Discipline are very important to me - so when my schedules are changed last minute it sets off all sorts of anxiety for me.
In this video I talk about how quickly things can change in terms of moods and emotions.
