I have been taking Swoly for about three months, after many years of taking creatine. I agree; this is the most pleasant and tasty creatine I have ever taken. No noticeable difference besides looking forward to eating them. They have sales or look for a discount code. Still pricey in comparison, but to me, it is worth the mental boost of the gummy.
Great way to start the morning is seeing a new video! Really appreciate your honest takes on this as there are so many bs supplements out there, and companies are fine manipulating positive reviews out of people. This was a breath of fresh air. As someone who uses creatine in their coffee... It kinda ruins the coffee lol. Gotta just chug it sometimes. But these gummies seems interesting and worth taking a look into (though definitely more expensive vs the bulk powder I typically get). I did chuckle a bit when they talked about the absorption portion. From my understanding, there really isn't anything different enough in micronized creatine to generate better results than standard creatine monohydrate.
That’s also my understanding (about micronized absorption) I don’t think the people that are saying that are being dishonest. I just don’t think that there is enough data to support it as a certainty or a likelihood. I am not gonna rely on a few clinical trials, etc..
Thanks for the honest review. I had a hard time getting my creatine to dissolve, so I would heat the water or put it in coffee. But, last year I found some creatine capsules, they have no taste and about the same price as powder. Cost is not always a factor but I can't lie, love to save bucks where I can 😊
Thank you a lot for that approach to reviewing supplements Personally, i have no problem taking "regular" creatine (a scoop in my mouth and wash it down with water), yet, i can see how it may bother others Really, about the only supplement i can actually feel the difference using(caffeine also works if you count it as a supplement)
The flavor or grittiness of creatine never bothered me. I just get unflavored monohydrate and add it in with my protein powder and it literally makes no difference in the flavor.
Creatine is a NO NO for me, as it will trigger a gout attack since my uric acid is normally elevated....I only eat red meat 3 times a week and stay away from seafood, anything with hops, spinach and califlower
If your creatine levels are normal when you do your bloodwork, is there any reason for you to take this creatine supplement? Would that make it more dangerous on your kidneys?
Having available phosphocreatine levels in excess to the 1 to 2 g that your body naturally makes assists in athletic performance, allowing more reps with moderate and heavy weight, leads to increase lean tissue development and as I’ve mentioned, there’s some research that is starting to show that it could be good for your brain, especially as you age so for me those are all good enough reasons.

I completely understand and ditto
That little Scarface moment at the end; I mean that was a full $5 of (I don't know what country it comes from) pure **chefs kiss**

Based on the end of the video, it looks like these gummies ....blow the competition away. 😉
Ahahaha

Oh, that’s awful! Fortunately, our bodies do produce it naturally
This might make me start taking creatine 👀
