Hey bud! So this method using your chemicals is just as good as a 2 step process? I only ask because the cost of the 2 step is quite expensive from hydro chem then to buy your chemical. Thank you and keep up with the koo videos.
Hey buddy new here.. I’m thinking to running this business In woodland area (North Houston). Can you help me with telling me the price of a washing like this? Can I use a electric ryoby 1600 psi pressure washer to start?
How much does that trailer weigh when the tank is full? I have a 15 frontier desert runner and I get nervous with alot of weight. Do u have a brake controller?
Has brakes on the 2nd axle of the trailer. Holds 275 gallons in the tank. Water is 8.334 pounds per gallon. I don't ever recommend actually driving long distance with water... We fill up at job site and relocate as needed but that's the extent of us transporting water
I get paid hourly doing about 4 trucks, 4 trailers a day 6 days a week. My brother in law and I just got hired a few weeks ago and the guy who washed the company trucks before us told me he charged $50 a truck and $50 a trailer but I didn’t ask how much he did a day.
@@mclovin9283 Hey. Im in South Mississippi. I just got contacted to wash 6 trailers. I was thinking $75 for each trailer, but that may be to much. I just ordered a 5 gallon kit of the panel bright. Will that wash 6 trailers?
Near the end of the video, a fade-out from before and after the cleaning of the truck, it would have been better if it faded out slower. It felt like I couldn't see the whole before and after shots.
This is with our washmart injector. But a 2.1 injector from general pump will work with similar results. We just run 300 feet of pressure hose and the washmart injector will still draw and is why we use it.
My boss has us using acid on his trucks and trailers. Ima see about getting a foam cannon and different soap but not sure what soap is best for the trailers or truck.
@@mclovin9283 Look into Stars and Stripes a two-step Touchless soap system made by Chem-X.....you can find Chem x videos here on RUclips ..... I use it myself....you can find me on Instagram @socal_mobile_truckwash.... and you can use these soaps in a foam cannon as well
@@truealpha7439 residual soap in the hose when switching to high pressure. It runs out of soap in 15 seconds and is just water until you put a low pressure nozzle on again.
@washmart8616 ok thanks i was confused that's all . I have a landa that applies soap high pressure . But it's not running so I'll be using my 4gpm down streaming. Panel bright doesn't have polish safe chem i have a 175 truck fleet 50 a week minimum I'm new to the fleet side by myself use to work 13 years ago for a guy but he mixed everything I just sprayed and cleaned lol good video

I two stepped for 2 years and switched to this. And it works the same minus the aluminum brightening
@@Mr_mrs_arana it does not brighten aluminum, but outside of that it washes just as well as the two step process

You definitely need to look into Chem-X Stars and Stripes truck wash👍🏼

What’s the go rate for washing trucks like that and how many do you do in a day?
The going rate really depends.. in the condition these trucks were in 1 guy can do 2 per hour.
How much should charge? Please

Renu Krew Softwash honestly you’d probably have to mix water with the soap. That’s what we do to save soap
Is the panel bright soap safe to get onto the windows with out etching? What is the price for the panel bright soap?
Yes, but we recommend rinsing off before it drys. It's 230 for a 55 gallon drum pack
Hi! Another quick question! How long is that wand you are using? And who sells it?
47 inches. We sell them washmart.com/products/zinc-plated-molded-47-straight-lance?_pos=1&_psq=47&_ss=e&_v=1.0

We'll consider making the photos sit longer on our future videos
Hi! What psi are you using to wash the truck?
We use about 150 psi when downstreaming. We use 1800 when under pressure.
Any good to use on RVs?
It will work on RVs but you don't want the soap to dry before rinsing off.
What temperature are you set at when doing this?
Depends on what outdoor temp is. In this case about 180
What type of engine you have?
This machine has an 18 HP Vanguard
As always the tires are more important
What injector?

where do you fill up your water tank?
We have a garden hose filling the tank. The spigot is at the facility.
@@TXcommercialwash I dont have a facility. any ideas on filling up a 500g tank of water?
@@juicylyricstv1640 I don't think I can help you on that one. You need to have a place you can fill up water.
I wouldn’t use that stuff on my aluminum it ruins it.

Should be wearing eye protection.
Thats not a downstream injector downstream doesnt apply soap with pressure
You are missing something in the video.
A downstream injector is being used.
