'Unconsious bias' is where somebody else has decided that you are biased because they are, and nothing you say will make any difference. Because even if you aren't, you are.... its unconsicous! Yeah.
@@dlh2017 having unconscious bias, and training to 'fix' it are two completely different things. Unconscious bias is just a natural part of being human. Training against it is a pseudoscience and anybody who pushes it should be reprimanded
