Got these off eBay for $35 and they’re super easy to restore back to what Vick just did. Easier to use an airbrush if your good at laying down tape but a brush will get it done just the same. These were my first pair of Jordans ever back when I was in 5th grade in 95’.. $125 back then. I had to get a pair and restore them mainly for nostalgia.

First you gotta seperate the sole completely, put everything in a bag, throw it in the trash, and then go out and get some non-sissy looking moon boots...just sayin

Nice restoration! I’ve got a question. Maybe somebody can help me out. If I use the heatgun for the paint, I get glue leftovers from the tape. Is there a way to avoid this?
This may sound like a stupid question, but how do you decide when to use an air brush, and when to paint by hand? Is it more of a personal preference kind of thing?

Use blue tape...and dont leave it on for a long time...dont apply heat to tape....it will melt the adhesive and get it on shoe
