Better PT and stretching combined with working out and a good Dr and diet go a long way. Hopefully the hornets are on it tho!

How bias the author sounds against Lavar. Bro, if it wasn't for him and his decisions while raising his children they wouldn't be where they are. He is the one who deserves the most credit if them all. Why? Because putting the work is one thing, but knowing where and how to put in the work is key.

That's the sort of genius take I'd expect from someone that doesn't even know the difference between "won" and "one"....I guess Kentucky also isn't an elite program in your eyes since they only have one championship in the last 25yrs. I'm a die hard Razorback fan and grew up in the south but that doesn't change the fact that UCLA is and most likely always will be considered a blue blood of college basketball.

Mell has a culture problem, charlot has culture problem. If they don't, it's not his team anymore or he fixed it. Yeah winning solves everything but that's putting the cart before the horse. None of them are good enough to coast on his talent, much less their own. You can't tell me that team wouldn't win more with some discipline. They might not necessarily be a winning team without him, but some discipline and him healthy? They wouldn't be losers collecting checks wondering what playoffs are like.

God loves you so much that he sent his son Jesus Christ to die on the cross to pay the price of all our sins. After 3 days after he died,he rose up from the dead. He will accept you not matter what you been through or have done. Accept the lord Jesus Christ as you lord and savior and ask forgiveness of all your sins to be saved from sin and have eternal life and not go to hell Jesus is our only hope for salvation and the if you don’t accept him you will not heaven and you will go to hell if you don’t accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior ✝️❤️✝️❤️✝️
