Christmas Plum Cake Recipe is a boozy, dark, intense cake that is made in advance for Christmas. The nuts and dry fruits are steeped in the liquor of choice or in fresh orange juice, and the cake is additionally loaded with nuts making it a wholesome cake full of bites.

Ingredients:
For Soaking -
Cashewnuts (crushed) - ¼ cup
Almonds (crushed) - ¼ cup
Pista (crushed) - ¼ cup
Raisins - ¼ cup
Candied fruits - ¼ cup
Dried Blue Berries - a handful
Dried Cranberries - a handful
Orange juice - ⅔cup
For Batter -
All-purpose Flour(maida) - 1cup
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
Clove powder - ¼ tsp
Cinnamon powder - ½ tsp
Nutmeg powder - ¼ tsp
Ginger powder - ¾ tsp
Sugar(fine grain) - ¾ cup
Butter(melted, salted) - 5 tbsp
Vanilla Extract - 1tsp
Baking powder - 1½ tsp
Chocolate chips - ½ cup
Milk (room temp) - 1cup
Salt - a pinch

180° for 35-40 mins..watch video till last he explained very well

U can use both d methods
Microwave it for 2min nd cover it with a lid for at least 15-20 min

The cake you kept in Kadhai and the last one you took out were two different cakes......I have been baking in a Kadhai for soo long.....You cannot get such cracks in a kadhai.
the Butter paper in the first one was clean on sides and the butter paper of final cake had batter stuck to it.

I tried this recipe today and all of my family loved it.
I baked it in my microwave which can also act like oven for lower temp so I cooked it at 180 degree for 40-45 minutes and it was really good .thank you chef kunal.
