Has anyone had issues with the side button? Is it even a button? My friend has one and it doesn't seem to compress. Is it just touch sensitive? Or should there be some sort of movement when pushing the button? TIA!
My Fitbit had an update right away saying download would take 15 mins and it keeps slowly downloading to 3% then disconnection and then goes back to charging and then I have to wait for it to try to download from scratch again. ugh!
Is there a compulsory paid version to use the app? Ive been thinking to get this watch for a whole now but there are quite many concerns around forced subscriptions , baatery etc. Id appreciate some advice and help . Thanks
Wish I’d seen this before buying HR charge 6. I needed a replacement for HR charge 2 which had every thing I needed. This is way to complicated. Shame cost a lot.
You have to pay 14 a month for the RUclips on top of 10 a month. I have had mine 31 days strap falls off daily sleep score does not show in the watch just the ap GPS is garbage this is generally considered fitbits lemon a Huawei is 100 less and more accurate for running and heart but not so good for sleep

No, just the first time. Afterwards just make sure your Bluetooth is on and it will connect.

You gotta return it, something is terribly wrong. Mine works great and my strap definitely doesn’t fall off. Gotta be a defective one.
