Does any one else notice the lack of African American representation in administrative/front office operational roles? We often talk about how bad it is in the NFL, but it's just as bad in college football. I view all of these videos and just think the effects of slavery continue to last. Blacks predominately operate on the field, while the whites watch from the "house". Thanks white people for your continued quest to control us and extort our culture! I work in corporate/white America so this isn't coming from an unjustified place. I would like white people to do better. It's okay to hire African Americans in leadership roles in the front offices to lead an organizations, it will not end your world, just saying.
