Yes I only work on natural nails and have done them a few times. It does add a bit of time on to the regular manicure I would say allow 5 mins extra per nail at first, I guess if doing it often it won't add much time on as you will get quicker. The first time always takes the longest, try practising on a nail pop first to see how long it takes you.
