I refuse to believe that you have only 1.2k subs. Till the end of the video, i thought this is some huge creator. Amazing production Quality.! Keep bringing more like these please.

Interesting to see 30 as the current suggested Review Multiplier -- I'm guessing this is focused on recently released games (Approx. 2020 and newer?), where a) it's after Steam changed the UI to encourage more reviews and b) more recent games just get more reviews from enthusiastic players in general?
When I ran my own estimates across a variety of paid indie games right before SteamSpy went defunct, I found '60' to be a good number to use, and that also seems more in line with the articles you have linked -- but notably those articles are from 2020 and earlier so that's why I'm guessing there's a focus on newer releases. I'd be curious if you happen to have more specifics.

interesting. any idea of a good place to get capsule art done?

I haven't commissioned by own (yet) but I've heard that looking for artist portfolios on DeviantArt is a good place to start. You can also reverse-engineer the task by finding capsule art you really like, then finding out who made it. Look in the credits or ask the devs! Good luck 🍀

Hows my game going -- the first one has stopped selling despite improving, while my current project and current side project are advancing at a crawl because of things unrelated to games or development -- thanks of asking. Oh yeah, it would have been good to know what I was doing before trying to launch a game.
