City here, Noel's analysis is spot on. Second goal illustrates his point from Ederson to Haaland was 7 passes, whilst the third goal was about 50 passes. Rodri is still improving as well. January KDB will be back as well. But like Villa, Liverpool Arsenal and Spurs it is great to see good goals..

Bent is starting to sound like a great host, his listening skills and questions have really improved 👍🏻
I think the biggest takeaway from what Gallagher talked about is that, once Pep leaves the club, they still have one of the most well structured clubs in football. The pulling power will still be there, the economic stability is there. They have a relatively young team right now, as well. I imagine they'd be able to hire any manager who's available at that time, because City will likely be the most appealing destination for a manager in terms of offering the groundwork that enables success. I also imagine Pep will take Txiki Begiristain with him, though, which will be an incredible loss for the club, and I suspect most fans won't even realise it, due to how under-appreciated he, as well as other DoFs are. Just ask Man United 😂
Man united fans said this when Fergie left. Man City will continue to be a big team in Europe but replacing pep will be the hardest thing the club will have to deal with since becoming the powerhouse they are
@@cj_thegamergoon1201 I honestly think replacing Txiki will be even harder than replacing Pep. There aren't a lot of great directors of football, and I personally believe you have one of, if not the best one out there.
People don't tend to appreciate them, but Man United has been suffering in terms of transfers and team building since Ferguson and David Gill left the club, and I don't think most fans realize how incredibly important it is for a team to have a manager and DoF who can build teams properly.
It doesn't matter if you have money, influence or pulling power - if it's some board member, a financial advisor, or the president of the club who's pulling the strings with transfers and putting together pieces that don't really fit what the manager wants to work with. You may not be able to replace Pep, but I'm sure you'll be able to find an adequate replacement. Finding a DoF that's anywhere near Txiki's quality doesn't seem very realistic to me.

City didn't even need to get out of 2nd gear United were that dreadful. The defending for City's goals was non existent. I excepted that United would lose before the game even begun but alongs i saw our players fight & make it hard for City I'd of taken the defeat alot better than I did but as per usual there was zero passion no effort zero fight zero desire lack of class throughout we were an absolute disgrace. But there's no guarantee United would dominate the Premier League regardless of whoever did own United. Alot of money has been wasted on bad signings and the managers haven't been up to scratch within the past 10 years. Just for the record, United did win multiple Premier Leagues despite Glazer's ownership because the club was well run with David Gill as chief executive and Fergie as manager.

As a Liverpool fan, Noel is a great speaker, everything said was well thought out and fair. Man Utd though are in deeper trouble than they realise.
I wouldn't get to comfortable when Pep said he's leaving at the end of his contract... just like Fergie the team falls apart without a leader and the ability to make great signings year after year. Not saying Utd is coming back, but doesn't mean City will stay dominant.

Secondly, a team is only as good as their manager. Look at Arteta, De Zerbi, Ange, Howe all dragging bottom 10 clubs into the big time, Poch will do it after a season at Chelsea just like he did for Tottenham. If you think managers like Ole could do a treble and win consistent titles with this City team playing his football, you're crazy

No team stays dominant past their era and that era can end when their genius manager goes or a wave of players through age, move on at the same time. The managers are the glue that holds it all together.

Stockport are as much a Manchester club than United are.
The only football league club to play within the boundaries of Manchester is Manchester City FC.
