    I have struggled so much to stay consistent over the last 4 years and a friend convinced me to do WW and then I stumbled across your page. Between you and her, I’ve finally stuck to something for 6 months now and I’m so shocked and proud of myself 💜 thank you for sharing your journey!

    Congratulations! I've found maintaining weight loss is so hard. You recently mentioned other viewers have mentioned your arms and legs are getting more toned. For the past month, I've been in awe of how much slimmer your face appears.

    I understand if you don’t read this…but in case you do… ⬇️
    I have been slowly loosing weight the past two months from portion sizing and shaping up what I eat. The past two weeks, I have sunk back into my previous habits. All day today I have felt depleted with myself. I have felt melancholy. My husband got hone from work and took the kids and I asked for a bubble bath. It has been an hour now of my literally sulking while soaking. I have been scrolling watching un intentional videos and haven’t even washed my hair or body.
    My uncle is fighting stomach cancer and struggling hard today. I’m nervous with the election. My three old and year old is sick. We are fighting no fleas in our house 🤢 (but are finally starting to beat them), am in the process of finding treatment for ADD and MS, and I just now came across your video….
    THANK YOU from the bottom of a random 26 year old momma in Virginia who hasn’t even watched all your video yet but will shortly take notes.

      I hear you. Life can get so hard at times. Give yourself grace. It sounds like you have a lot going on and a lot of responsibilities. You will get there. Sending positive thoughts!

    THANK YOU!!! I re-started WW back in June, formerly a lifetime member. From late June I lost 13 lbs steadily by September and then I wrecked my knee. Like WRECKED by a lot. I had surgery 3 weeks ago. So September to now I've been basically immobile. BUT!!!! I never stopped tracking. I made a vow to myself I was going to track for a year, no matter how "bad" I eat. Through pain and surgery and more pain, eating my feelings - I tracked everything. GIRL!!! I've maintained!!! Now I'm on the recovery stage and physical therapy I think I can click mentally back into weight loss mode all because I STAYED CONSISTENT. THANK YOU FOR SUGGESTING TO REWARD CONSISTENCY!       Sweet, thanks! I am now super excited to start making some veggie mixes tomorrow! I can’t tell you how perfect this video’s timing is for me as i needed some encouragement to get back in the saddle after illness. I needed the reminder to prioritize my rest and to push myself to get back into my exercise schedule.

    Yes it’s very true that our bodies are different! For instance, I’m 65 and 5 ft 5 in!? My maintenance calories are 1800, which boggles my mind! So if I want to lose a lb a week, I have to cut 500 calories a day. I do like fitting into things better!! Some days are better than others for sure!?

    I want to be consistent with tracking, but when I mess up and eat a meal that is way too many points or go over my daily amount of points, I just give up and stop. 😩 Did you stay within your points every day or did you track everything no matter what, even if you went over? I hope this makes sense!
