    I've never used a moxon vice for my woodworking projects but have instead rigged up other methods to meet each need at the time. That's not the greatest approach for efficiency but it has worked. I'm glad I made the effort to build this vice and look forward to learning to incorporate it into my workflow on projects. It's surprisingly easy to build and well worth the effort!

    It doesn’t matter how big or small of a project, I am always impressed by your skills when working in your shop. I always think to myself “I don’t think I would have the level of commitment, patience, detail and precision to do that”.😮
    Thank you for offering the option to ask you directly thru the app, it feels like a exclusive consultation.

      Thanks, Addie! I'm enjoying interacting with you guys through the app. You are picking up a lot of skills through the projects you are doing. When you get to be my age, you will be the one making the videos!

      Thanks for checking in, Andy! I appreciate it. As with lots of families, life interrupts our plans sometimes but all is well. My wife and I also finally had our run in with Covid in November and it took a while to get over. I'm working on footage right now and will be getting back on a more active upload schedule soon. I am kind of missing it too! Thanks again for your concern! My best to you and your family, Andy!

      Hey Danny! Yes, assuming NM doesn't completely burn up by the end of summer! I see where you joined the Volley app group. I left a welcome message there for you. Let me know if you have any trouble getting going with the app.

      Go to Amazon, "Moxon Vice Hardware Kit" and you will find the one I used.

    Bout time you posted a few more videos? I was thinking about you and thought I would check to see if I had missed a post. Hope all is well in your world!!! And what happened to the Volley app group?

      Hey Danny! Yes sir, you are right about needing to be posting! Finishing a video right now on repairing copper water leaks under a slab that should be up in a few days. I have been working with more 3D software to get proficient in creating scenes and things for this channel and another one I will be launching soon. It's been consuming a lot of time but was necessary to make the tools useful to me. Will allow me to build in a virtual world as I'm not doing work for outside customers anymore. Will still be doing shop and home projects. I think you will find the virtual 3D stuff interesting! It's something I have not seen anyone else doing to the extent I will be making use of it.
      Hey, thanks for checking on me. I figured you were wondering what I was doing! Hope all is well with you too. The Volley app was shut down by the developers a couple of months ago. It was a surprise to those of us who were watching its development and trying to figure out how to make use of it with our channels. I figured they had more resources to let the app mature a little but apparently their numbers didn't work in a big way, so they pulled the plug. I think they discovered that most people are not comfortable videoing themselves. That's a big hurdle for most people!
      50th reunion coming up in October. Just went to a 50th Cavemen baseball reunion in March which I felt like I needed to attend. Enjoyed it and glad I went. My wife and I will be going in October because, again, I think its something I probably should do. Let me know if you are going and we can plan to meet up and catch up in person!

    Is it possible to buy or make a shelve for a 55 gallon tank? would be 55' x 13' to hold 600-625 pounds

      @RustyDobbs  Год назад

      Yeah, Thomas, there is a solution for anything. Are you talking about a floating shelf or one with a structure under it? 55 x 13 inches? Sounds like a fish tank? The heavy weight limits your options somewhat.

      @thomasbravo4585 Год назад

      @@RustyDobbs hey, yes, it is a fish tank. The idea was to create a shelf with a floating effect. The weight would be for 650 pounds. I know it's a challange, but I can't figure out a way to create a shelf stuck in the wall that would hold the fish tank. My dimensions were a bit off, its 48' x 13'.
