I think there is a stark difference between the heat before which was very natural heat, in the past 4-5 decades and the kind of heat present in the 21st century which is very different and very scorching indeed as if there is a laser something from the skies above. (?) Many people could not tolerate the heat, particularly alongside the heat of the wallet or the heat of the pocket when alongside also the inflationary prices of basic needs and services, and the deflationary value of money, our pesos. DURING HEAT SEASON, THERE MUST BE A BAIL-OUT MONEY OF PHP20k to every Filipino citizen from PBBM! PBBM no longer seemed to be interested to make a difference in terms of economic security - for real for the Filipino people! (?)
