herooftime1000 Yep, that's my name on the help page (fourth from the top, if I recall?). My most prominent contribution, in my opinion, was adding co-op compatibility. I actually did that before joining the dev team, and submitting my work* seemed to very much impress Kinsie, the project leader. On top of that, I keep the code clean, sniff out bugs, all that good stuff. Oh, and I gave this video a plug on the ZDoom forum thread, if that's alright with you. =) *Actually, my friend PsychosesMan (whom you may recognize as the author of the Flesh Palace map) submitted it on my behalf, to cover for my crippling shyness. =P
Ed the Bat Oh! Excellent. One of these days, I gotta play Reelism on Skulltag (or some other form of internet connectivity.) Oh, and thanks a bunch for sharing the video. :P
herooftime1000 Sadly, Skulltag (or Zandronum, as it's essentially become) is depressingly out-of-date on ZDoom features, and the future for that doesn't looks terribly hopeful. But, ZDoom (and by extension, GZDoom) is capable of peer-to-peer connections, meaning internet play IS possible, though it has the drawbacks that come with that (such as no drop-in during play, potential to desynch, etc.) I'd be happy to join in, should you ever be so inclined to set something up! =D
*Beware, as the Dog Pope had come to redeem your dog-killing soul!!* LOL, but I believe you that the German Shepherds are extra-annoying in here :,D except when you have a tank. Then it`s literal dog-genocide.
I think y.spear is a reference to mega man... I wanna say... 5? 6? Anyway, p sure it's Yamato Spear, the weapon you get from Yamato Man. I have no idea why I know that.
+Duvmasta Having the original doom iwad helps. After that, just drag the Reelism pwad to the gzdoom shortcut (it's easier that way) and select either Doom 2, TNT, or Plutonia. Easy.
Pretty good video man *subbed*
Hey, it's that thing what I helped make! Awesome! =)
You helped made this? Fantastic! Whatcha do to contribute?

Ed the Bat DOH! I'm so behind the times. XD
When I'm ready to waste more time procrastinating, I'll give you a ring.
