Because the corner before is relatively quick and you come up the hill. By the time you can see the sharp left turn you are usually too late.

Love to see the Camaro SS at the Ring. People dont realize just how good the 6th gen Camaro chassis is. They're now really great driver's cars. The grip, handling balance, steering feel etc. The SS 1le pulls like 1.13g on the skidpad, & Zl1 1le can do 1.18g.. (along with a 7:13? lap time)👍🇺🇸
