17:55 the Frozone talent is default behavior now
gale wisp passively increases your spectre bar with that path, and that's really good for chasing if they're running so you can't get to them to gain spectre by landing mantras, so you can use the spectre talents to get to them instead. frost wisp sucks though.
tbh frost wisp is kinda good if u upgrade it and have that one talent u always have ur ice passives and u will proc orbital ice way more
it also on normal gale give extra after cut
without the path and haunted gale ( free damage and still can proc suffocation ) makes it become 2 perfect cast hits instead of 3 making it actually pretty good as it just is free damage

Gale wisp also reduces the amount of hits you need to proc haunted gale, and if your spector auto fills your spector bar without needing to land mantras, which is great, i would say frost wisp and shadow wisp is worse

Don't use shade bringer with sparks. The overhead slash is slow, and the multiplying spark doesn't cancel if you get hit, so it's like 3 free hits of damage on you.

9:09 yeah gale wisp sucks overall BUT with specter path the wisp will actually passively give you spectral bar, its not alot but its enough that you can actually fill it without attacking anyone so its not so bad maybe some will disagree but having the ability to have a bigger and faster dash and all the benefits of specter for 1 support slot mantra its pretty good
it’s alright with specter path but without it it is the worst piece of garbage in the whole game

Gale wisp gives passive Specter charge and it's quite a lot so the worst wisp is frost (or thunder wisp if you can't flourish)
