Dude I used to do tone and I used to do tractor trailer towing you should have put a little guy their shoveling it out and then you should have put a bunch of lights around so that everybody could see everything and then you should have had snow chains on the truck and then you should have backed up the truck and you should drop the loader and then you should have clipped it on to the bumper and then yanked it out😂😂😂😂

It looks like you need more weight in your wheels to get better grip - or softer tires/foams? What I did was enough for how cold it was.. I don't have a figure yet. Or the lights your refering too.
