It is soooo good to see you back with your wonderful tutorials. I have two cabochons, oval about the size of yours in this video that I wanted to glue together and make a reversible pendant. I followed this tutorial using four wires and it turned out beautifully. Thanks you so much!

Oh Em Gee that is one of the most beautiful labradorite (spectrolite) cabochons I've ever seen! So rare to have one with such a permanent flash! Beautiful wire-wrapping too!

Perfect project for my 9th consecutive snow day! The cabin fever, it's very real.

What necklaces do you use for copper? By far, you have the best wire wrapping videos! I appreciate these so much!

I actually just use nylon cord necklaces as they are easier\cheaper to get than copper chain.

Really enjoying the new videos! Thanks so much for sharing. 😊 I'm curious if the dead soft wire becomes work hardened at all after putting bends and such in it. Or does oxidizing help work to harden, or is that just cosmetic?
    Thanks ~Sheryl

oxidizing is just for looks, but working with the wire and bending it does work harden it a bit

Where do you buy your wires from please? I tried 'over the rainbow- polymer clay ' here in Australia but they only have permanent coloured square wire.

    • @OxanaCrafts

I order the copper wire from US (Rio Grande website), they ship to Australia

I'm not sure which tool you mean, but here are all the ones I use:
      My pliers(Xuron Tweezer Nose): amzn.to/2Vghbyw
      My Wire Cutters(Xuron Micro-Shear): amzn.to/2UcRWg4
My Round Nose Pliers(Beadalon Ergo): amzn.to/2U6ee3d

if you don't like that little criss cross that ended up being on the back you can try to tuck those wires away under the other wires that are the ones from the "heart", like in the same manner that I tucked the "heart" wires away.
