    You definitely make it look easy. After two EPIC fails, I was finally able to get one "done" and I use that term loosely. LOL! But practice makes perfect and I am determined to perfect it!! Thanks for sharing your gift!!😍

    I love your tutorials! They really help me understand the parts where I get stuck. I try to free create but some times I get stuck on how to manipulate the wire or understand how to complete a look I am trying to achive. Your style is similar to mine. I really appreciate you sharing. Thank you so much lovely lady! ♡ 🌱🗝☮

    Hello, Oxana. Steve from The Stone Crafting Workshop RUclips channel mentioned you in one of his videos. I'm new to rock tumbling and wasn't sure what to do with all the rocks once I'm finished polishing them. At first look at the finished product in this video, I thought there's no way I could do this. It looked so complicated. Watching the entire video, I think I can do this! You did a wonderful job explaining every step. I'm looking forward to trying some of your pendants. Thank you for your channel! Take care!

    This is a wonderful beginning tutorial. I have had very good luck finding load beads, buttons and pendant stones at Goodwill and other used and thrift stores.
    My latest find was a necklace with 37 half inch to one inch variable sized tiger eye beads.
    Again, your tutorials are so clear. If I had seen them a year ago, it would have really helped me get started making something that looked OK.

    I think your designs are beautiful and i realize that the square wire is your style, however I learned to wire wrap and wire weave with round wire. I inherited a lot wire from a friend and I used that. I still use round wire and I don't have any trouble with it unraveling or holding the stone in place. One day I may try square, but I am glad I learned on round. Thanks for the techniques that I have learned in your videos.

    Dear Oxana, I have to say your teaching skills are great. The designs you create are very helpful and easy to follow. I had a really triangular Stone and I used to labradorite with beautiful lines and I did my best to follow your guidelines. I had Square wire but it was not dead soft so it's a bit difficult. You're so right about using dead soft wire and the square and half round it's so much easier and not so resistant on the shaping. Thank you you've helped me so much I've made Three Stones so far and they've turned out pretty nice. And I have your guidance for a great example to follow. Thanks again so much, you're wonderful!

    Using round wire works just as well as square but I would not attach the wires together with any gauge smaller than 20 gauge as it is not strong enough to hold the wires together with out allowing them to move. This is why you are having a problem with it moving around. It will smoosh together nicely just like half round does.

    How goes this wire in the time ? I use bare copper because I thought that non-tarnish wire were like jewelry aluminium (don’t like the look) but I like the wire you used here! Can I use it to sell ? It won’t go off rapidly ?

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  5 лет назад

      It is relatively sturdy, the coating does not come off easily, but it can get chipped and wear off in time, especially if the pendant is dropped or something.

    • @manue8714
      @manue8714 5 лет назад

    So this is the second one of your wire wraps I’ve tried. The other one was more complicated using square, round and half round wire. Mine looked nothing like yours it was a mess. This one said for beginners but mine still looks awful. I really want to this. Your wires stay so straight, mine are all twisted I can’t keep them together straight. Do you have any suggestions or should I just give it up???

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  5 лет назад +1

      I would suggest staring with beads, that's how I started when I was learning. I have quite a bit of bead tutorials for beginners, it is definitely easier than cabochons.

    Hi Oxana is it possible that you post a video for a 2 base wire cabahon pendant? I already wire wrapped the 2 base wires (20 guage) with 28 guage wire and made a pattern but I don't know how to secure the undrilled cabachon and make the bail with the reaming two base wires from the pattern. I chose 2 wires because I struggle holding 3 wires or more at a time and because my cabechone is tiny. I'm a beginner but I understand the basic concept. I just can't find any videos online with just 2 base wires and that style I have in mind. I only found the cage like deisgns but that even uses 3 base wires. I'm also using deadsoft round craft wire. Thank you in advance! :)

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  3 года назад

      Here's a video on one with 2 base wires: ruclips.net/video/IH436t-V2GY/видео.html
      It works best with rectangular shape. For other shapes 3 base wires works best.

    • @OxanaCrafts

      Oh no! Maybe if you use thin weaving wire on the sides to make connections and block the stone from being able to slip through that way

      you can use a spring clamp to hold them or some painters tape(since it doesn't usually leave a sticky residue like other types of tape)
