Just to clarify, in the first episode Will said "Not me. Everyone else." And Eleven absolutely did see Barb's dead body with a slug coming out of her mouth in the Upside Down in season 1. Eleven started shouting "Gone! Gone! Gone!" It was when Eleven was floating in the salt water pool at the middle school. Barb is dead for sure.
I liked seeing Hannah and Ben just talking. It's a new perspective, I loved this video.
"Their parents are truly absent." This was before helicopter parenting started in the '90s. Notice all the kids went trick-or-treating by themselves too without adults. As a child of the 80s I can attest it was a magical time. I wish my kids could have the freedom I did growing up.

@@salvatore5553 My kids have more freedom than most these days. It's the threat of Karen's calling the cops if they see a 10 year old shooting hoops at the park without a parent present that's the real threat to kids being allowed freedom. Everyone's terrified to see children being independent.
This is why many kids went missing in America and now we see their stories on Netflix documentaries
@@Mrsamj1989 It's really not. 99% of children who are kidnapped are taken by either a non-custodial family member or family friend, or they are a teenage runaway or a teenager who agreed online to meet up with a stranger. It's *extremely* rare for a child to get snatched up in a parking lot, at a park, or just playing outside with friends by a complete stranger, especially in this day and age where cameras and phones are everywhere.

I'll just add on to my comments there here. I try not to be overly harsh since it seems like you already get enough unfair criticism on youtube, and obviously you aren't spoiling on purpose, but it just confuses me when it seems like you purposely watch ahead on a good amount of shows. That's not exactly a problem within itself, but I just really don't like it when you let out a few spoilers. And no offense, you accidentally spoil a pretty frequently, even if they're minor spoilers like giving them a perspective that a first time watcher should never have (at least from the reactions I watch).
For the record, I usually have no problem with you going in blind with the others. You usually have a lot of opinions to give and I enjoy listening to them.

The thing about Chris’s “ in 2017 you’re dead kid” is that he excecuted with perfection, also having the black man card under his sleeve it makes it that much easier to make a police brutality joke. It was the perfect amount of shock value and straight comedy all in one combo. Hannah’s reaction made it that much funnier

Eleven isn’t “connected” to the Upside Down. They explained this last season. She was being experimented on by Matthew Modine’s character and accidentally opened a gateway between the two worlds. It doesn’t go any deeper than that.

17:00 mark, so..... I know there's a thing called reading comprehension, but what about TV/film comprehension? It's easier to hide when there's a big group. Not necessarily a bad thing. A couple members of my family can watch something (undistracted) and miss the most basic story elements. Still fun but you can't really talk about the show in-depth. Really not trying to be mean about it. Couldn't help but cringe a little as they struggled to remember what they LITERALLY JUST WATCHED. Sorry. And this is a pretty simple story, no Dan Harmon/Justin Rollin content. Again, not trying to me mean. Just disappointed.
Do yourselves a favor and skip episode 7 because of reasons.
