Is it just me or does the judge keep making arguments for the state.
It’s infuriating. If her job is call balls and strikes, then she shouldn’t be asking anc answering her own questions, and redirecting state to a better argument. Not to mention, Atkins and Love sit and pause and let Whitaker take over as if that’s okay to finish STATES argument. That’s playing as a 4th state agent. Either she’s their teacher, their partner, or the actual Judge. If I were an attorney, I would cite every time she’s done it today, in a motion asking a judge to remember her role!!!
I watched her ask a question, and then answer her own question, and state better arguments for Love.
Then it’s infuriating to KNOW she can’t hear the actual conversations nor knows “street language” and Love misinterprets the call and she goes exactly with that.
Kat the judge gives the prosecution the answer by asking a question to them. This judge has shown her bias all day toward the defendants this is crazy
Why should the prosecution change their behavior when they get away with disrespecting her over and over and get their way?
This trial is exhausting.
Boy oh boy what a day!Judge Lady Lush definitely irritated me today. This case is really taking a toll on her (and me 😂) Besides that, I sometimes get the feeling that she’s letting a lot of this evidence just for show. I truly think she knows this is a sloppy unorganized and overwhelming case that the jury is going to find very difficult to comprehend. It’s so much. Too many co-conspirators, too many hard names, too many nicknames, it’s just A LOT. It’s hard for us and we seen everything that the jury doesn’t, we get to rewind it and replay it, the jury won’t be able to and there is no way they are going to want to read hours and hours and hours of transcript are not going to come out accurate. The more they let in, the more the jury is not going to be bothered with.
The state has to be in 2 million in litigation by now😂
This hearsay nestled heresay is just crazy
All these calls are pointless in playing if it is that easy to get admissibility of these calls. Waste of time and tax dollars.

This trial is an absolute joke. Having all these guys on trial together as well as all these complicated charges put together its just pointless to try. Simplify this crap already. I mean charge each guy individually and find one charge amd prosecute that. This is stupidly stupid. How can a jury keep track, stay focused, and pay their rent if they are needing to be in court every day for a hundred years. What a joke.
this issh crazy ,,the judge seems to bee joining the state now,, the DA had there STAR WITNESS woody but hes not helped the state so now tryin to rebuild again,, this judge is really confusing

Hey replay crew here got to comment about the calls that I understand about as much of as I do the song Lifestyle! IMO and ALLEGEDLY I live in a poverty stricken area and know that people will sell just about anything to survive! I know seniors that sell their meds to buy food….. Love gonna hit them on co-conspirators!
