    If you've been feeling really stressed lately, we highly recommend watching a video from Dr. Berg DC as well. He goes into the physiology of stress including tips to counter stress here: ruclips.net/video/jBx5hJRzFFQ/видео.html
    Highly useful! Sometimes, when we are stressed, we don't realize it because we are in the motions of things. It is so important to know what's making you stressed so that you can be prepared.

      @@mymentorjane6705 Stress is a psychological response to a real external hardship, while anxiety is a response to an internal struggle (which may well include stress) that fools your mind into thinking that you're facing a threat that isn't actually there. You'd get stressed if you're having problems at work, maybe had a nasty argument with someone, or were within close distance of a barking dog, while anxiety is something that can happen to you even when you're all alone and safe, so you end up reacting to something that you'd rationally consider unthreatening (e.g. like visiting relatives or going out with friends, as you mentioned) in a similar way as you would when faced with something threatening.

She says things will get better but it never has. When I look at the past, I see happiness, and with the future all I see is hopelessness and sadness. No one seems to understand and I don’t trust anyone enough to explain it too them. My parents have never taken me to a mental health professional, and they probably won’t any time soon. @LDR I cried reading your comment, thank you sooo much, each word you've written means everything to me so thank you for taking the time of your day to reply back to my comment, bless your sweet heart.
      And what you said about my family is true and I know you don't mean I'm lying don't worry about it... You are right they love me and they are worried about me, but when we talk they say something like "don't do what you did last year" " I hope it won't be the same as last year" things like that... And honestly it could be all in my head, I over think everything and assume things and a lot of messed up things comes to my mind and they scare me... I totally relate to what you said about feeling stuck in your own head it feels like a prison that you can't escape even if there is something you can do to distract yourself these thoughts will still show up in your head.. And about my friends I can't tell them because to me what I have been through ( basically my whole life) is embarrassing and humiliating ( at least that's how I think about it) so I feel like it's a secret that I should keep until I change my life then maybe I will be able to talk about it.
      Im really sorry if I'm wasting your time with this long comment.
      Thank you again, it comforts me knowing that someone will understand me even if it was on the Internet
      Also I hope you are doing okay now :)

      @زَاي-د1ق 2 года назад +1

      @LDR I'm really sorry that you are going through that, I'm happy that you are doing well and that you are happy, I've heard of OCD but honestly I don't know much about it, though I know it's hard to deal with.. You are a strong person I'm really proud of you.
      And I completely understand what you said about getting angry and saying things cause it happens to me too and it makes me sad afterward and I feel terrible... And I'm sensitive too, my friend always tells me that and say something like " I treat you differently because you are sensitive". Funny thing is that they say hurtful jokes and think it's okay and when you get upset they will tell you that you are sensitive. I do believe that you become sensitive because of what you've been through and its not your fault and its not something you should apologise for you know?.
      I have depression and anxiety I went to a therapist / psychiatrist ( sorry don't know the difference) so the first one I told him that I have su!cidal thoughts and I s£lf harm and I tried to commit su!cide like five times and I failed.. All he did is look down at me ( don't know how to say it lol) when I was saying that and then he measured my BP and said are you anxious? Are you worried always? I said yes then he gave me pills and I started hallucinating and started seeing my black wall green and i see waves (ever seen those videos when you get hypnotised and then you look away and you start seeing waves and lines? And everything in the room starts moving? It was like that for me), and I was sad when I left cause when I finally asked for help this happened, though its nothing compared to the other therapist he harassed me and he is like 60_70 years old he was telling me I have a pretty lips and a pretty face and that he wants to kiss me on the cheeks (he told me that when he says stuff like that it's just to make me feel better about myself and boost my self esteem),and he then laughed and said" I had a girl that came here before I kissed her and she was scared and I told her don't worry", he told me to consider him as a friend or an uncle or a boyfriend 😂 . He was talking nonsense that has nothing to do with my depression. I didn't know how to feel about it didn't know if I should cry or laugh because it's really messed up.. I didn't seek help after that and it's getting worse (my depression) but I'm trying.
      Thanks again I really appreciate it and appreciate you, you are a wonderful human and wish you the best from the bottom of my heart, and I hope that you will always be okay. You helped me a lot, and you are definitely the highlight of my last 6 months :)

    • @زَاي-د1ق

      @LDR I hope you will never have the intention to hurt yourself in anyway( sorry if I'm saying it in a wrong way) believe me you are so worthy and loved, and you are absolutely right i always think that If I killed myself it will hurt my family a lot, more than I can imagine.
      I won't give up and you too okay? You got this, cause life is nothing without it's ups and downs and without sadness you will never know what happiness feels like, although sometimes it feels like you are carrying the world on your shoulders and everything around you is falling apart but you will be okay and you will get through it I believe in you, you are strong and what you have been through makes you even stronger.
      Bless your sweet heart ♥ 😭.
      And yes I will definitely seek for help when I get the chance to.
      It was really nice talking to you!

    • @زَاي-د1ق
      @زَاي-د1ق 2 года назад +1

      @LDR that example was so specific lol, because I have these thoughts and not only thoughts I feel like something bad is about to happen like my mom or grandmother will die and my heart starts racing and I could barely breathe and I cry, but I never face those thoughts and feelings I always try to distract myself and not think about them, you are reaaaaally brave I really admire that.
      But I have a notebook that I write my thoughts in and how I feel or what's making me sad and sometimes I draw what I feel, it helps a lot, and when I read it after a while it helps me notice that I'm getting better / worse.. Also voice memos helps idk how to explain it but it's like your thoughts all over the place in your head so when you record yourself and you say them out loud it helps you organise them and understand them better cause they are clearer when you say them and you listen to them more than when these thoughts are in your head, I hope you didn't give you a stroke while you are reading this lol sorry😂

    Number one describes my whole summer. I stay up til 6 AM(daylight) and sometimes I don't even eat. And I also cry too much and constantly have mental breakdowns. Sometimes I can't even focus on anything. Thank you for this video and pointing some things out to me, I'm slow sometimes, so I'm sorry.

      @@Psych2go she told me that she changed her mind and she said she didn't trust me going to another school because she fear that other kids would hurt me far more worse then the school im going to be in again. she gave me a choice if i want to keep doing homeschooling but i said no because i know for a fact i won't get my highschool diploma so i had no choice i had no other options.

    It's so important that we take care of our own needs without sacrificing our well-being to satisfy and please others. When you can, take breaks if need to, meditate, take a walk and be kind to yourself for the practice of self-care. Do whatever makes you feel that inner peace and calmness that's needed for your mental health and overall well-being.

    hii. ☀ I have been applying to universities and jobs recently but so far haven't recieved any good news. this started 1-2 weeks ago I stopped sleeping early, my shoulder started aching n my head hurtled all the time. especially right after waking up. my sleep schedule is so messed up. its like i am sleepy but still couldn't manage to sleep. I am always angry esp. when I am studying. and i miss my dog who passed away few month ago. he used to keep me calm during my anxiety peak. there's one more think that I have recently noticed is that sometimes I get so anxious whenever I think about job or other things like if my future will be good or not.
    I have started working on this, whenever I get these anxiety attacks I start listening to calm music..my eyes are bit red rn hehe so I take naps whenever I feel tired or even if I don't feel like taking nap I close my eyes n lay down on bed. when ever I feel angry I start taking deep breathe 7 times. I start doing sketching that I like. n i think it's working. it's bit slow but i am hoping that i will get back on track again. also thank you for this video! 💜
    if anyone has some other sweet tricks do let me know.
    thank you take care

    My mind doesn't feel it is mine, it feels like a thick tar is in my stomach sometimes and it's getting thicker and darker blinding me as a MONSTROUS STORMS are colliding ripping everything apart now I feel at this point I am learning to know the value and meaning of sacrifices and it's odd sometimes you have to walk away do it differently or just leave it behind forever and all that's In a way to control what you can't, and end up back where you like the words of eppectitus I must focused on what I can control and not what I can't but it's hard to define so it wears you down to a halt so what do you do Next you remeber the past you live in the present and believe in the future because allot of the times People Tell You what matters not letting go out and learning and finding who You are but certain people can't do that for a variety of reasons so what then?, Reach out give it a shot give Them a shot because you can't know someone if you never took the time to really try.

    This warning "low battery" is me all the time. I can't force myself to do something because if I try, I get more bored of it because I HATE being forced to something. I can't even do anything "4fun" because literally after few seconds of work I instantly change from "I'm gonna be so productive today" to "okay whatever. I'm done, Idk what to do with my life, I guess I'm just gonna "skip it" to my death. Idec about my life. It's already ruined and I have nothing to do as a quest."

    I think this is me most of the time I was at work because I barely don't eat besides snacks, I overwork myself without having a break, I was so tired physically when I got home from long transportation, and I got so frustrated at my tasks which I made so many mistakes. Most of the time I feel headache and tense.
    I don't know if it a bad thing is that I was let go because I don't fit the position. Sure, I may feel bad just because I was so overwhelmed by that job but at the same time, the most important thing is to focus on myself more.

    I have a very bad issue with memory and focus. I will be talking with people and go* down a rabbit hole, or I'll go on my phone to do something important and end up playing tetris. I always forget if I have* already told someone something, ALWAYS. I always have to ask now, or I'll end up repeating myself multiple times because I forgot. It's so annoying but I can't do much about it. I go to school, which is the main amount of stress, go home and do chores, practice throwing flags and rifles for color guard, and then I go to my dad's house and then sleep. Repeat cycle everyday of the week (except for my dad's house, only on Wednesdays)

    My memory is trasshhh, maybe I should relax then. And number 8 procrastination is serious. But if I'm being honest, 9 was truly scary for me at one point. We learned something in math the day before and I understood it, I was too focused on it but felt kind of good about it. Then the very next day, I couldn't comprehend what I did to solve it before. Even started to have a mental breakdown about it for a second. And headaches is just almost normal for me, it's sad.
