I can almost smell all those fresh wonderful spices cooking. I really like how you explain and remind of important details like continuous stirring. I could see myself getting distracted for a few seconds and have all spices burnt on bottom of pan. This 5 spice broth looks so good I'd eat that by itself (definitely the eggs too lol). Great recipe! You and baby are quite the culinary team. It's so cute to watch. Love the finger nail art on both of you too. 💕

thes is really delicious, reminds me of my late mother who used to cook it all the time. I did the tofu in the air fryer

One of my favorites!! Back in the 80's I had Thai college friends and they always had this at parties and weddings and I loved it. I have made it before but need to perfect it. Have a beautiful week! ❤😊

Thank you! I’m Lao, Thai and Vietnamese, we make it the Lao way, called: “Thom Khem” and we use a can of coconut soda or coconut juice. I’ve never had fried tofu in mine, but I used to work at a Vietnamese restaurant and auntie would put bamboo in hers. Now I want to incorporate fried tofu and bamboo in mine!
