For the first time we have a spacious guest cloakroom / bathroom.(Not those funny things developers put under the stairs😂) Kitchen- Very nice Workmanship is splendid 🎉 Also the bedroom doors r not on the face of rhe corridors,thus no one can peep as they head to roof top. Thanks guys for showcasing this🎉 I give the developer, architect & everyone who worked on the project their flowers 🌹
This house is literally 500m from my house and I got to peek in and see it come up. The videos don't do it justice, it really is incredibly well thought out. Location doesn't justify the price though.

The house is nice, no question about that but my only concern is why we always build houses that occupy 80 to 90% of the plot! Not sure if it is an architecture issue or the owners? The outside life is as necessary as the inside lfe
I estimated based on the little experience I have in the small projects I have been involved with but based on your response, they went with a high end brand which means that price could easily shoot to 2-3.5 million without appliances and probably labour. I'm not a pro yet, but I'm learning.

Maybe ray can speak when you give him that chance like "what do you think ray?" Then he gives his point, you listen, give feedback or not then continue.

It's like a bathroom where there is a drainage system if you look closely at the video. That's how flat roofs are done.
Hmm I see, water will still collect before draining off especially after heavy rain. It's something to ponder.
There's alot of solutions for this starting wit Terrazo, water proof membranes etc.
