Man I do all the maintenance on my truck and now my wife’s jeep patriot it hit the 100k mark went to change the spark plugs first with the iridium plugs and ran awful was in limp mode completely so I went to the parts store to get the copper ones it calls for and it improved but between 2500-3000 rpm I’ll get the throttle control light and it’ll bog down a bit then accelerate it’s annoying gap everything is good hand tightened then quarter turn on the plugs honestly just gonna put the old ones back in for now.
Strange to not use chemical battery acid remover, while not a must di is a good idea as prevents later acid growth. Nice to have clean surfaces and prevent added damage. Wire and sandpaper are a good idea as shown. If only one car sure swap as shown. If have a second vehicle get and use a battery tender as will save many security aspects of car memory. Had to get one next day from Amz for under $20 worth the wait. Nice video as is really that easy to do. Once removed why not clean all areas as are there anyway.
Didn't say whet that wire was attached to positive cable . Didn't clean the whole connection that has leakage innig or on top of battery either. Very lazy cleaning. Always test new battery before installing it too it could be defective.
