Loved these two and the whole series. The only thing more impressive than Nate Mann’s portrayal of Rosie is the real life Rosie. To fly all those missions and then become a prosecutor at Nuremberg…What a titan!
It was also the case with Band of Brothers as well as The Pacific. People back then spoke differently than nowadays which is what I suppose they try to reproduce here.
@@North_Dumplingno most of the cast in BoB and Masters of the Air were British/irish. Both were filmed in England and so probably cheaper to hire them and also probably a quota they need to fill in employing people from the country filming in. Nothing to do with accents from back then.
The attention to period detail in this series is amazing . I love to hear about how scenes, back drops, costumes, characters are created, its fascinating! Some really good questions from the interviewer too, the sacrifices the young men of WW1 & WW2 made were mind blowing but also its necessary to honour, show & tell their experiences so that each successive generation can understand that their freedom today was bought & paid for with the lives & limbs of previous generations. We mustn't go back there. Which is why its so tragic whats going on in Gaza & Ukraine today, I just hope and pray we dont have full blown WW3 or civil war! . Wish I could wave a magic wand to stop the senseless killing & aggression.
I swear. The moment I saw him get off the plane in episode 6 I was like, this guy could absolutely play Superman. Does he have Instagram? Can't find him anywhere.
They are both Philly native actors and Juilliard graduates. Why don't we consider these two gentlemen becoming the world's finest or collaborating on other projects? CBM doesn’t mean everything

they should do a series on the Nuremburg trials and bring back Nate Mate as Rosie
Had the pleasure of going to school with Anthony, it’s so amazing to see his success well done, doing de la salle proud!!!!
Belfast?

That’s awesome! He’s such a good lad.
I’m just finding out that 90% of the cast aren’t even Americans lol

@@North_Dumpling - What exactly were the showrunners trying to replicate with Barry Keoghan? That “Brooklynese” accent never existed.

Blown away by the accents
@@ChienaAvtzonBarry has the same accent in any role he plays. It’s like we all have to massively suspend disbelief as far as he’s concerned.

These guys are great in the series. I hope they get the recognition they deserve!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Nate Mann can be the next Superman if David Corenswet doesn't work out. Or maybe Bruce Wayne.
I swear.
